Delightful cafe off Echo Park. Airy with good tunes. Staff was very nice and coffee was done quickly. Mocha, latte, and flat white all hit. 10/10.

Awesome place. Love the decor and the baristas were very nice and helpful. They played all my favorite songs and coffee was great. They have plenty of seating outside so we were able to have a puppy with us.

Always tremendous service. There's one guy that's always upbeat and on the one. It's such a joy talking to him. Hopefully you'll find him the same.Go++

This is probably my favorite cappuccino in the city of Los Angeles. A joyful, colorful, vibrant, atmosphere, friendly and personable service, and a killer music selection. What’s not to like?

From the minute I walked in, I could tell this was going to be a different experience than the typical coffee shop. The decor is bright and dynamic with beautiful floral arrangements and a collection of t-shirts, sweatshirts and hats, pins, and more. The menu is worth reading every word with interesting coffee and food combinations and fun plays on words. I ordered an Orange Latte that came with a beautiful slide of dried orange and lived up to it's "creamsicle vibe". My friend got the Ice Me Out Tonic which is fantastic and such a different flavor for coffee. We walked, and I'm guessing nearby parking would be tough, but this neighborhood gem is worth the trip - and you'll be supporting black-owned business as well.

Bloom and Plume truly impressed me with their exceptional customer service and incredible flavors. I ordered the Cardi P Latte and the Purple Rain Latte, and both drinks were a delightful fusion of creativity and taste. The staff's attentiveness and friendly demeanor enhanced my experience, making it a memorable visit. If you're looking for a place that combines superb flavors with top-notch service, Bloom and Plume is a must-visit.

Charming and cool coffee shop with great merch. I had this on my list of places to stop by while in LA. I popped in for a purple rain latte and coffee cake. Great combo.
