My tears fall as I watch the pics. I can almost taste the phò and the rice noodles, mandatory in our diet as USC master students, while living in downtown LA. Hopefully I can take my new cute hubby to this yummy parlor.

Chill restaurant for easy lunch, food comes out super quick Banh Xeo Chay - Vegetarian Crepe : the crepe itself is yummy and crispy, the filling can use a bit more salt and seasoning Bun Tom, Bo nuong, Vermicelli Rice Noodles with shrimp and grilled lemon grass steak : 3.5/5 all is good, but the sauce for the noodles can be better, maybe more fish sauce or vinegar? Not sure the sauce didn't taste of much, but the grilled steak was so tasty so it makes up for the sauce, If the sauce was better i would come back but overall 3/5 They have vegetarian options

Decent bowl of Pho if you're downtown. Broth isn't too heavy. Staff are always nice. Not enough noodles if you ask me. Parking is non existent.

-Relaxing atmosphere-Quality food-Good value-Personable staffCame here a little while back, and have been thinking about it since. I would recomend a try. I ordered for take out and it still tasted fresh, and was packaged with care. I will definitely be returning, the next time I'm in the area.

It's such a hit or miss. Depends on who is working and their hours are the worst. We prefer in person dining versus take home.

Blossom never disappoints! The staff is so friendly and caring. Nanako is always so attentive and has great recommendations! The food is so flavorful, and they serve a good amount. I am vegan and I love that they have tasty options for me. I come here almost every week I'm addicted. My friends who eat meat love it here too. They say it's the best tasting pho in all LA. It's reasonable to see why it's gets busy sometimes, but not with zero stars. 10/10 recommended!!!

Lukewarm pho broth, undercooked noodles, subpar service. Do not recommend; take your business elsewhere.

Staff were rude. Gave little effort with our service, and gave attitude when we asked questions. On top of that, there was a fixed 18% tip, which is absolutely unjustified. Staff seem to think it’s okay to provide terrible service since they get a fixed tip or something. ?‍♀️

Pho was salty. Complaint was made and no one returned the call. Covid changed their standards or chef, it wasn’t the same. I will not eat here again.

**Food might be good, but I don't know since I was never served** I was excited to bring my coworker here for some Vietnamese food. We arrived at 6:30, ordered 3 dishes (banh xeo, pork chop and pho) Appetizer came out after 10 minutes, which was good. 30 minutes later the waitress told us they are out of Pork Chop. Out of food at 7:15 when you open at 5:30? Literally the table next to us ordered the same thing and they were served. Okay.. so we asked about the remaining dish, which is PHO. She said "it's coming" and 15 mins later still no food. An hour for a bowl of pho ^^ We decided to get the check. Waitress apologized and said because there was only one cook that day. Girl there were 4 people including us in the restaurant. and please explain why the people that came after us already finished their food while we were still waiting for ours? And she was preparing for take out orders :/ She was cold and seemed to not welcome us from the beginning. When we walked in she was sitting in one table texting. Never checked on us, even when we said the appetizer was good she didn't say anything and walked away. Didn't say anything mean to her, left a tip but definitely would not recommend. I can tell you right now 50 places that have better Viet food and service. Just don't waste your time here.

The food was delicious, while it lasted. Probably the best tasting pho (one original with filet mignon and tendon, also two seafood including crab and mussels), also while it lasted. Less delicious with the norovirus food poisoning experience that happened the day after. Especially less delicious while clutching the basin and sitting for days on the toilet.

Food is great, I've eaten at different locations, but the service at this location is terrible. Servers were in a bad mood, seemed annoyed to be working and slow. Few of the other guests in the restaurant got up and left. In adittion to this, the restaurant charges a 18% service fee.
