Had the brunch carbonara and service is way too slow. The dish itself tasted pretty unique with bacon, poached eggs and basil pesto with some arborio rice.

The one star is for service. I gave 20% tip and no one even stopped by our table/ i like the food and it is always great so I will go again but will never leave a tip. No one cares, I tried to do eye contact with three different servers, zero reaction. Really wow. My vanilla sauce finished for my crunchy french toast and couldnt get anyone to give me extra and everything got cold and got inedible waiting to get someone to get me another one.

Worst restaurant experience ever in the U.S. The food was terrible, the service was terrible and they ask you to tip before the service has even been executed. I waited 40 minutes for my food. They messed up the order 3 times and mind you I have gluten free intolerance. Restaurants like this are a scam and a health hazard. I’ll sue them for messing my health order. I wish I could scream at the GM

Had to go to the Italian consulate and when we came out, we were starving. Decided to try Blu Jam Cafe right down the block and we were so impressed! Absolutely excellent salads, we had the SW salad and the spinach salad. Both were done to perfection, every bite was delicious! Wish they were in South OC!

Absolutely no service. Everything via QR code, which requires your email, phone number and payment - including tip - before you even get the food. Prices and food items don’t match the menu. Walked out. No wonder the place is a ghost town. Shame, used to be great.
