I was excited to try the food from here. I ordered the brisket and mac and cheese. The brisket was so dry and hard, it looked like it was 3 days old. The mac and cheese was so bad it was soggy. The food is definitely not worth the price. $45 for a pound of dry, old brisket.

I can’t believe the individual quality of each item at this place. We’re still working our way through the relatively small menu, and every single piece shines. What a gem

They're famous for their brisket but don't sleep on the ribs. They're amazing, but the real secret star of Bludso's is the baked beans
We enjoyed a causal atmosphere and excellent service! The brisket was tender with the perfect crust and the collard greens were amazing. Everyone working greeted us and thanked us. Nothing better than great food and knowing your business is appreciated.
If you’re craving true Texas-style barbecue in Los Angeles, Bludso’s BBQ is the real deal. From the moment you walk in, the smoky aroma lets you know you’re in for something special.
The brisket is the star — tender, juicy, and perfectly smoked with that melt-in-your-mouth bark.
The ribs are just as impressive: flavorful, fall-off-the-bone, and coated with the perfect balance of seasoning and sauce.
The mac and cheese is creamy and rich, the collard greens bring that soulful Southern touch, and the baked beans are packed with smoky sweetness.
The service was very friendly and lively.
I definitely would highly recommend this place to anyone who’s craving Texas style bbq.

Had the best brisket here — juicy, tender, and packed with flavor! The serving portion was generous too. Definitely a must-try for anyone who loves good barbecue.

The service was excellent and the food was even better! My only complaint is they didn't have their coolest tee shirt in a 2XL! Maybe next time!

The food here is really really good. The rub on the brisket is amazing. The “lean” brisket is not too fatty. The ribs are tender and flavorful and also not too fatty. Baked beans have lots of meat and mustard and are delicious. Very good bush puppies. Incredible key lime pie. The only thing we don’t like is the Cole Slaw. While Bludsoes is very expensive ($48 for a lb of brisket), we think the quality justifies the price.

This was my second time being here,. The food was good but unfortunately this time I did get food poisoning bad, including my boyfriend. We both had the brisket and I had chicken as well. Just be careful eating here!

Everything was absolutely fantastic—the food, the service, the place itself, and even the plate combo. Great value for money. The brisket was dreamy, and the mac and cheese? Just as heavenly!

I am not a fan of this BBQ spot, I ordered a half a pound of brisket & received 2 small pieces (BOTH FATTY). I ordered from Uber Eats so that could’ve been the problem with my order. Although I must mention… there was a special surprise when I woke up the next day! Ladies & Gents stock up on toilet paper please! Also, never been inside to speak on atmosphere due to uber eats! Hope this helps❤️
