This place should have higher reviews!
Food is insane I mean legit crazy good!
The place gets busy and you can’t book so we sat outside as the wait was too long and we were starving! Staff were the most welcoming and friendliest I have ever encountered! Can’t eat beef due to religion but there were plenty of other options! Ribs were so good!

We have eaten very well!
You can't miss it, there is a super nice atmosphere of Texas vibes!
The person who served us was a super good person and also gave us Coca Cola because it took longer than expected!
I loved it, 100% recommended!

Bludso's BBQ is fireeee 🔥🔥. The server was really nice and helpful and the menu looked like it had a lot of great options. I wasn't too hungry so I got their loaded fries with the pork and I couldn't even finish that but it was really good. One of my friends got their ribs which also looked amazing and the brisket also looked 🔥🔥. They also had desert options but I didn't try any of them. Inside it was nice there were a lot of tables and booths with a lot of TV's everywhere with a bunch of games on if you're into that. The only thing that was kind of annoying which wasn't really the restaurants fault was the parking. When we went around 1 it was impossible to find street parking near the restaurant so we just ended up parking a few blocks away and walking a bit but it wasn't a huge deal. Anyways bludso's BBQ gets 5 big booms for sure 💥💥💥💥💥😀😀😀
Vegetarian options: Don't go here if you're vegetarian. It's barbeque.

Ordered delivery. All the meat arrived ice cold with congealed fat oozing from each cut, making each bite extremely uncomfortable to chew and swallow. 2 stars for the beans which were legit but the food was not worth the price and if I ever come back I will not order it via delivery..

I checked them out. The food?....TBH eh... I was only impressed by the price. This is not to say the food was bad. But at the product price point they charge at Bludso's. Its practically impossible for the food to be good enough to justify the price. I will also say, the mac n cheese was not mac n cheese-ing. But as a person who can cook most all the item's they serve at Bludso's. I actually know what it costs to make the food. Now the devils advocate would lament that, well, I have to pay for food (higher prices) Labor, Marketing, Insurance and the sort. Yes, and while I get all that. I do believe that there is a price point the customer reaches, where we begin to hit a hard wall. That wall for me is when it's considerably less money to cook the same food at home. Why? Because I get more in terms of quantity and quality. Now the Million dollar question....? What is my time worth? Meaning is the time saved by eating out and not cooking at home worth the cost of overspending to do it?
The answer is a resounding no. When the restaurant passes their extra cost's on to us, that's generally when I end my patronage of that restaurant, unless I crave their food like crazy. Do I crave the food at Bludso's? I like it somewhat but at that price I can do without it. I know having a good restaurant is tough, I get it. But times are hard not everybody can be foolish sheople with their money. Would I come back again? No, nothing was particularly outstanding enough to warrant a second visit at the current price point. Nice atmosphere tho....

Good location for me. Brisket-Loaded fries are delicious. Sauce options were invisible. Menu is not as robust as I'm accustomed to.

I just got Kevin's cookbook for Christmas. First recipe was his "Red beans and rice". OMG! Fantastic! I love reading about his family, friends, loves and passions. My husband has family in SoCal and we visit often. We will also visit you soon, Kevin and crew!

Food was cooked well, but the portions were tiny and super expensive (two slices of brisket for $24?! 🤯). Will not be coming back.
