For the issues I have had that have been resolved. It has been great but for a loyal customer I have been overcharged and have had products missing. They have not given me a refund nor have they sent ************** to replace the ones I have been missing, so double check your orders and your credit card charges. I have been a loyal customer and a huge fan of ******************** for almost a decade most recently on the last few boxes I have been overcharged and items missing from my add-on purchases. These issues have not yet been resolved. I do find since Covid FabFitFun has lost quality and the products selection is gone down, I will not be renewing my subscription for next renewal.

The quality is amazing! The selections are so fun! The sales are fantastic. I can't remember when I joined but I've been a member since at least 2018 and never gave had a single issue. Love this company!

I have had a subscription on and off for many years now and they never disappoint! Even when one of my boxes were stolen from an unknown neighbor, FFF and their team made sure I got the best customer service care to make sure that I was happy and resolve the issue. I will forever be grateful to this company and their team and I absolutely love all of the products. I have never once felt unsatisfied.

I received a order and charged 3x. They gave me one credit. They gave me 1/2 credit for another one. Should be full refund.

**************** is great. What ***** is not a customer service issue, it's a last mile shipper or cheap shipper issue. This isn't the first time I haven't received an order and the common denominator is off brand shipping. Particularly if the initials have LS in them.
FFF's customer service is AMAZING! Easily handled my issue....which I've only had ONE issue the entire time I've been subscribing. Love the add-ons and subscriptions for products that I use regularly, too!

i got a gift box that was supposed to have 3 items in it. it had been opened and retaped and there was only one item in the box. i did not sign up and they kept attempting to bill me. Not a fan at this point.
