Worst customer service, asked for an iced decaf latte which basically came as a tall cup of milk and then asked the lady at the counter if she could add a little more decaf, which she then responds by saying she has to charge me an extra shot for $4.25 instead of simply just adding a little more decaf like any other normal Coffeeshop would do. And tried giving me an attitude about it so I asked for a refund. Def way better customer service and coffeeshops in the area

Iād like to share a very disappointing experience I had on Saturday morning, May 31st, 2025, at around 8:10 am. My friend and I stopped by to grab coffee to start our day, but the service was extremely poor. There was only one employee there, who was chatting with someone else (who didnāt seem to be an employee) and didnāt even acknowledge us as we waited. We didnāt want to interrupt, so we waited about 10 minutes. As we were about to leave, the employee finally shouted, āHave a nice day, guys,ā but the experience had already ruined our morning.
Weāre regulars at this location and usually have a great experience, but this was the worst customer service weāve ever encountered. I hope this feedback helps prevent others from having their morning ruined the way ours was.
