I love Blue Bottle Coffee, they have the best pour over in town. BUT this location has horrible service. The employees can’t handle a simple Monday morning rush. A few of them never greet you or look you in the eyes when taking your order.
I’ve been coming to this Blue Bottle for years now, and it’s stayed consistent all throughout. The vibe is blight and nice, but there’s limited (and not very comfortable) seating. It’s definitely not where you want to come to get a good amount of work done. The service is hit or miss, with a range from nice and welcoming to aloof indifference (as it was when I came this last time). In the end it’s mainly about the coffee, and BB always delivers. I love Blue Bottle coffee. They originated in my home town and I love to visit different locations wherever I travel for work if they have one. This location is especially nice in my opinion! Convenient parking and the staff has always been very pleasant. I’ve always been a big fan of the New Orleans iced coffee. Also the music selection here is always really good too ?
