Blue Bottle Coffee

Went to pick up an order this morning about 30 minutes ago. The two females working, a Spanish and Caucasian female both were very rude. Telling me rudely to wait we’re working on it. As I’m waiting I’m observing them and they are signaling and giggling to each other because they are purposely making me wait. A male walks out who I believe is their supervisor and they actually start completing the order. I ask the Spanish female if I can get a sample of one of there coffees and she clearly hears me and looks at me with this evil wide eyed glare and asks me “what?” Before I repeat the question and the manager says sure and asks me which one I would like to try. Really great guy. I hope these two don’t do anything like this to him or anyone else cuz I really felt bullied and at unease with these two. They should definitely not be working there treating people like that and I hope whoever owns this place looks into them.

Asked for a scone and wanted it to be warmed up, she said “ the oven/ toaster is done for the day” never heard of that before! Best coffee ever though

I had a very pleasant experience last weekend. I ordered a New Orleans style coffee with 2% milk. This young lady explained to me that they do not offer 2%percent milk. Instead she would make it for me by mixing whole and non-fat milk. She was too kind. When I got my drink, it turned out to be an Iced-coffee. So I said to this lady that I meant to have a hot cup of coffee. She went back and made the coffee for me again. I got my beverage and as soon as I took a sip I knew I hit gold. It was perhaps the best cup of coffee I had in the last 3 months. Outstanding. I didn't get her name. But this young lady, was very nice, pleasant, tall and with lots of cute freckles. Make sure she makes your coffee too. Thank you blue bottle coffee.

Blue Bottle has great coffee. Not much more that needs to be said.The interior is very small, so you’ll want to order to go, or sit outside.I recommend this place!

Friendly staff! If you park in the underground garage, it's free up to an hour with validation. The exit door from the garage is right next to the store entrance if you take the stairs.

Sweet, fast service.

The baristas here are amazing, so sweet and knowledgeable — they made the best latte with intricate latte art. Highly recommend stopping by this location!
