The coffee is nothing special. I was not aware that I'd be charged $6 extra for just having cream in my coffee! I ordered a small hot coffee for $5 and then charged an extra $6 just for cream!! I will never go back. This coffee shop is a scam.
Amazing coffee and extremely nice people ! First time and will be sure to come back.

Great coffee and awesome service! It's one of my regular places. Just avoid the food. The bakery items are dry and the limited food is meh.

Honestly horrible experience
The fact that people who work allow themselves to give you an attitude after you ordered a coffee.
I asked for medium cup with ice and pour double espresso there with 2 percent milk.
Never coming bask to this location.
The blonde guy with light eyes shouldn’t be working in customer service.
Bye ✌?

Music is blaring. One customer made a joke about it and the staff didn’t take the hint. A person behind the bar with long blonde hair dancing and acting distractingly unprofessional. This is not the typical blue bottle experience. Very hard to hear myself think much less talk.

Over intellectualized coffee served slowly in a dirty cup, by disaffected slouchy staff. But aesthetically, a nice space with a shady terrace outside.

One of the better Blue Bottles in LA area. Consistently friendly service, knowledgeable baristas, very clean and not crowded, drinks and pastries are consistently good.
Also big like for huge windows with a ton of natural sunlight coming in.
Highly recommended!

Enjoy a coffee in a minimalist, friendly and cool environment. Don't forget prices are LA.

Overall: 7/10. My least favorite Blue Bottle so far (and I'm the big fan). Not accommodating, service is slow. Interior is uncomfortable. Exterior is just an ugly parking lot. Coffee is still damn good. RESUME: I would go to the other Blue Bottle nearby.***Coffee: 9/10. This is Blue Bottle and this means best cappuccino you can possibly find in Los Angeles. Main reason why we're here, right?Service: 6/10. Not accommodating, snobby and slow.Interior: 6/10. It's uncomfortable. I mean all Blue Bottle coffee places are kinda minimalistic and industrial (-ish) looking, it's OK. However this particular place is the first one that made me feel uncomfortable and I did not know where to sit. Ended up outside, overlooking ugly parking lot.Exterior terrace: 6/10. It's a part of an ugly parking lot. Only California weather still makes it enjoyable to sit there.0. It's expensive. $6 for the tiniest cappuccino ever. I could tolerate the price if the place was perfect, but it was not.

The menu is limited but prepared with care. The two coffee drinkers were very pleased and happy, the hot chocolate drinker was semi-satisfied, and the cold matcha latte drinker was not very happy.
