Overall: 7/10. My least favorite Blue Bottle so far (and I'm the big fan). Not accommodating, service is slow. Interior is uncomfortable. Exterior is just an ugly parking lot. Coffee is still damn good. RESUME: I would go to the other Blue Bottle nearby.***Coffee: 9/10. This is Blue Bottle and this means best cappuccino you can possibly find in Los Angeles. The menu is limited but prepared with care. The two coffee drinkers were very pleased and happy, the hot chocolate drinker was semi-satisfied, and the cold matcha latte drinker was not very happy.
