the lattes were good and the staff are lovely but BE WARY OF THE FRUIT. i got a berry cup and the entire bottom half of it had gone moldy

Lovely service, but food and drink was only okay (neither bad not great). Also, apparently menu prices shown are not correct, my final total was higher than expected.

Parking: Connected to the Moxy Hotel, so parking belongs to the hotel

Wheelchair accessibility: It would be hard to get through here while using a mobility device, very busy no room to maneuver around

I stayed at Moxy for 2 nights, I went to this coffee shop July 16, all those people are really, really nice. Wish i knew their names, loved the service and attitude, greeted me well. But today on July 17, the cashier was so rude asking for my name because i didnt hear her low voice when she asked my name, no greetings no smile. Very disappointing!!

I am a barista and server assistant at a marriott hotel, and I never want my costumer to be yelled at like what happened to me.

PAPER-FLAVORED COFFEE... eww. So I was unpleasantly surprised when I stopped by for a cup of coffee. My paper straw in my cold brew began to immediately dissolve when it was given to me! The coffee was already too bitter, add a paper taste, and I felt like I was drinking out of a recycling bin. I'm a major supporter of protecting our environment, but get good quality paper straws next time Bluestone.

Service was okay, the staff seemed very stressed out and were short with a few of the Moxy guests and Anime Expo attendees. The place was busy and moderately noisy. I had a quick question about my breakfast sandwich that went missing and one of the girls cut me off. The dude who made the sandwiches was nice and the manager at the register was pleasant. I ordered a egg and greens sandwich, it was fine but the Vegemite spread on the bread kind of ruined it.

I'm definitely not asking for a straw next time, nor am I asking for a Nitro Cold Brew or the egg and greens LOL. I'll come back as the baked treats looked amazing. This is overall a very convenient location as it's attached to the Moxy and right across the street from the Los Angeles Convention Center!

Stop by too, try this morning coffee Bluestone, Lane DTLA, On the corner of Pico Figueroa, was very good they also have Breakfast menu, I did not have the time for that. I highly recommend....

I have enjoyed time and time again this beautiful cafe @ Ac/Moxy Hotel. I love the ambience and scent. Jess is so awesome and with all due respect beautiful. I love Ac/Moxy

I loved the design of the place very much, I loved how they visually played with sizes.I thought the staff needed a little more attention but they were not rude.The food is not bad, I think it tastes good, especially the salads, but my vegetable croissant did not have the portion of vegetables to say what it contains.The coffee has good flavor.In relation to the price and quality, it seems a bit high to me since I didn't feel like I was acquiring something that would differentiate it from another place, I just felt like I was in a visually aesthetic place.

1 PM on a Monday Google says it’s open. Travel all this distance. To find out it’s closed. Don’t waste your time on companies that can’t even get their hours of operation right !!!
