Bluestone Lane West Hollywood Café

I walked up to the takeout window to order a coffee, and the guy taking my order gave me an off-putting attitude from the start. I was polite and clear with my order, so it caught me off guard.

While my wife was at her appointment next door, I waited patiently in the seating area. She actually finished her appointment and came to meet me—and I was still waiting for my drink. No one informed me it was ready. Turns out, they had just placed it on the opposite side of the store without saying a word.

When I asked about my order, the same guy pointed to the far side of the window like I should have somehow known to go over there—even though I watched other customers receive their drinks right where I was sitting. It made me feel uncomfortable and frankly, unwelcome. I still have no idea why I was treated that way, but it felt personal.

To top it off, the coffee was terrible—bitter and barely drinkable.

I usually try to support local spots, but this kind of experience makes it really hard to come back. Hopefully management addresses how staff treats customers, because no one deserves to feel ignored or singled out when all they’re doing is ordering a coffee.

They’ve really updated the place well. It rocks!

I go to this location everyday! Brennen makes best ever coffee!! My favorite is Orange flavored ice latte. But always sold out. Because really good!!!

We work nearby and use this place almost every day, and the coffee and service are always great!

The coffee he brews is always delicious, so please try it when you go there!
(Especially if you want a little syrup in your latte, he has the best syrup level!!)

They can do better overall! Place has good potential.

Drinks: The latte used to be nice balance of espresso and non diary. The formula has changed since post Pandemic and rising ingredient costs.

AMAZING WEDGE fries! They got it down. Also, the Coconut Cold Brew is truly a refreshing coffe drink.

Service: It used to be filled with energetic, friendly and service oriented employees. I had some issues with bad attitude service.

Hopefully, the company will make positive changes with management.

Parking: Good because there is always valet service. The guys are helpful.

Amazing service! Natalie and Brennen were super kind. We'll make this our regular Blue Stone to stop now.

Love the breakfast options! This Aussie inspired brunch/coffee spot provides blankets for its customers to use during meal time. Its a great place to work and their coffee is delicious. Did I mention they give out free Tim tam chocolates ??

I came from the east coast. The day was beautiful. Spent some time some bluestone. The food was great! Worth the wait! Thanks to our Server Bryan.

Just got back from Hawaii, and this was the best breakfast I had in 10 days! Bryan our server did amazing. Very patient and helped us through the menu. I had the GF BLATE and a latte. Def coming back

Lovely place, great coffee and pastries. Warm atmosphere as well. Five stars on every count, would recommend to anyone looking for a quality coffee experience.
