Hands down the best BBQ in the state of California.... and I'm from Georgia. We know BBQ.
This gentleman is (just that... an absolute class act) a one man army and does not cut any corners. Not only is Bo Daddy himself worth stopping by to catch a brilliant vibe from but from the collard greens to the brisket and tri tip... just everything. I'm a writer and typically much better with words, but I just ate, and im in my post-Bbq high haze daze. This place is no secret, so do not wait all day to get over there, and menu items quickly sell out. Just smelling it, you understand why.
Mr. Daddy- I certainly hope you have kids that you're teaching your craft to and if you happen to not yet, happy to help. ;)
I was going through a lot of traumatic life altering crap when I first found your restaurant and for the duration of that painful Era of my life, a meat plate and cobbler from your kitchen was the thread keeping me together and smiling. It was the one thing i had to look forward to and it was more than enough.
You, your giving loving nature, and your absolutely enchanting nourishment are a gift to this community. Thank you for sharing your time and talents to feed your hungry neighbors- both rich and poor alike.

I’m so surprised to see so many 1 star reviews! I love this place, I personally got the brisket which was so soft and the Mac n cheese and collard greens as sides. I thought it was very delicious and they were very nice. When I think of a mom and pop shop I think of this, so it may take longer to make the food. I also noticed things taste different every time but it’s still delicious so I don’t mind like last time the bbq sauce was spicier this time it was more mild

Food is mediocre. Service is terrible. Food took forever which would have been fine if the cook was nice about it. Instead the cook went on a rant about how this isn’t fast food and accused me of lying about my wait time. If you like bad customer service and bad reheated bbq, Bo Daddy’s is your spot.

First time here visiting after seeing all the good reviews; I ordered 3 item combo ( beef rib, baby back rib, brisket) and the guy says $5 extra for beef rib, no where on the menu and web site say $5 extra for beef rib, but wanted to try all meats especially beef rib so paid extra $5; it took over 25 minutes to get my order; got home and tried beef rib first, it was not fully cooked, inside was still red and the meat was tough; baby back and brisket were fall off the bone excellent; however the beef rib was terrible; not sure whether to go back or not; feel like I got ripped off; the establishment seems not honest and taking advantage of customer; very disappointed

I don't know where all these good reviews are coming from, but this is some of the worst boiled barbecue I've ever eaten. The greens taste like pure vinegar with a hint of sugar, and 1/4 of the mac and cheese was as tough as Gaston.
The ribs were soft.....but dry, unseasoned, and flavorless from being boiled, they might have been thrown on a grill just for a slightly grilled effect but were honestly awful. The sauce was entirely too tangy and full of vinegar just like the greens. The best part of the meal was that I was shorted one rib so I didn't have to suffer anymore mealy, dry, tap water-marinated meat. If you have ever had Phillip's barbecue in la, you'll know this place honestly has some work to do.
This BBQ is hittin on all cylinders!! I got the beef ribs, Brisket with potato salad and greens. The brisket was smackin good. The ribs were delicious but let me tell you Bo's BBQ sauce "WOW"!!! Potato salad I'll be honest I wasn't too sure that I'd like it but I was wrong. It was very good. My wife liked it too and she is even harder to please than me. The greens were very tasty. I've never had greens like these, a little sweet with a vinegar bite but I ate the hell outta them. I told Bo that he would know if I liked his food one; with my review and two; if he sees me again.. This man and I will see each other sooner rather than later. Great Job on the que!!!
Parking: I went on Sunday so no traffic at all.paid parking is right there and there is parking on the street as well.
