Don’t get it mixed up with “it’s boba time” this place isn’t the one most people know, this seems to be family owned and i understand my expectations were elsewhere but the Thai tea which most places make the same tasted really concentrated here and the boba that came with it were hard, I’d rate lower but it was my mistake for not confirming the location first

Boba milk tea is terrible. Non dairy fake milk powder w/ no flavor boba costs you $6+, never going back. And this is not the “it’s boba time” chain

The Asian woman who serves me didn't make my pistachio drink properly. She made it with too much sugar, not real pistachios like other Boba Time stores. Poor service.👎👎👎

The Chinese lady at the shop is extremely rude. I ordered spicy ramen which was literally made from instant noodles cups and charge $8 when i can get by myself for only $2. It was very watery and so tasteless so I asked to add more spice into it and she added hot sauce. Wtfff!?!?! I’m so disappointed by their customer service.

Horrible experience here, the Asian lady was rude and closed at 8:45 when online it says they are open til 9. She said that she close early than what you advertised.. I go to the Boboa time in North Hollywood and they stay open as advertised til 11pm not 10:45….She is not a good look for your company .. Horrible service
I’m not sure if this is the same branch as the other “It’s Boba Time” locations but if it is - it brings a bad reputation to the brand. My favorite drink is Taro Milk and I’ve always ordered at different Its Boba Time locations and the taste was always amazing and consistent- until I tried this location. The taro milk tea here was NASTY. So so bad to the point where I had to throw it away in the trash after like 3 sips. They have food options but they just heat it up and serve. It’s not fresh and it’s so terrible. I used to work at a Boba Time location and there’s people in the company that do routine checks every now and then make sure all their drinks are made the same and the taste is consistent. They’re very strict with having the quality meet up to the standards so I’m very surprised this branch is even open and operating. Puts a shame to the brand
