Great options, good food, pretty quick, but the lady gave me an attitude for asking if I could have two extra straws? Like she scowled at me, asked why I needed them and said something I didn’t understand but sounded like maybe only two came with one drink or something like that. I get that the straws are big, but there are better ways to communicate to costumers, and if you want to go the extra mile for them (not saying she has to), straws seem like low-hanging fruit.

Horrible Service!!! Absolutely RUDE as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with a “what” ! I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemies. The woman that works the night shift needs to be retrained on customer service and respect. I would have bought something by id rather not waist my money where I’m not welcome 🖤. Don’t get it mixed up with “it’s boba time” this place isn’t the one most people know, this seems to be family owned and i understand my expectations were elsewhere but the Thai tea which most places make the same tasted really concentrated here and the boba that came with it were hard, I’d rate lower but it was my mistake for not confirming the location first
Boba milk tea is terrible. Non dairy fake milk powder w/ no flavor boba costs you $6+, never going back. And this is not the “it’s boba time” chain
