I ordered Udon today at $8.75. Now, what I received was a heat-up bowl of noodle from Costco. Please go look it up on Costco. The reason I know that is, that we buy it for our work place from Costco.This is such an insult. All you do is pour the Costco bowl inside a paper bowl, heat it up and serve it. Horrible, just horrible. What a disrespect trying to sell this as actual cooked food.This lady has no shame for the bad food she is serving and selling! You’re a disgrace to your own community.

0 stars if i could, So I come in this Boba shop with my 10yr old daughter after doing our nails next door in such a good mood and this lady was looking at us with a stank face and she was Soo Disrespectful and Rude while taking our order, speaking to me in a mocking, condescending manner.Then as were waiting for our drinks, these two sweet little girls come in maybe 11-13yr old girls and the Lady is looking at them with stank rude face too and is rushing them to order after they kindly apologized and said they needed some time to choose and were off to the side and was no other customers so they werent holding up a line or anyone else! were off to the side the whole time looking at the menu and she's looking at them and speaking to them so Disrespectfully and scaring them!And me and my daughter are off to the other side waiting for our drinks and she yells at us to wait outside! We hadn't even gotten our drinks yet (me, my daughter and the two young girls are the only ones in the shop) and I tell her "oh, my daughter wants to see how the machine seals the plastic on top of the cups" (and it's hot outside) and she make an exasperated sound while rolling her eyes and throws something behind the counter and storms off to the back, scaring the girls and my daughter.Who the hell acts like that in front of Kids, Putrid Bully Lady?? and the Boba tasted Old, Like it had been sitting for days and was overly sweet and didn't even taste like the flavor I ordered (Matcha) at allll and my daughter said the same about hers (Strawberry milk tea)Nastiest Boba place I've ever tasted (and I've been to A LOT of Boba places) and Worst Customer service i ever experienced from that Lady.

Heads up, this is not the franchise It's boba time. Drinks taste like water mixed with syrup. The wait is also long because there's only one lady working. You also have to pay .50 extra to use card. Not worth the money for sure.

Do not go here 1. The drinks gave me heartburn, and my friend got diarrhea and ended up vomiting. 2. The lady who worked there was rude and was yelling at us.3. The teyaki (fish shaped waffle) was just nasty and it was served partially frozen.

Bad customer service. AVOID THIS PLACE. Nowhere on the menu does it specify that their smoothies are made with milk. When we received our "Kale Pineapple" smoothie we found out it's made with milk. When we asked if she could remake it using nondairy milk because we are allergic, she started yelling at us. She then said we'd have to buy another one. The menu only says kale, pineapple, banana, and honey. We were trying to support a small business and instantly regretted it.
