This place is amazing. Better than boba time for sureee. I’ve been here a few times and it’s always consistent. Definitely not a hit or miss like other boba places. And the owner is super cool! 10/10 recommend.

Just like some of the recent reviews said: Tasteless and too expensive. I have ordered from this location in person and through UberEats before. On Uber Eats they go by KTown Boba. Those times I had a good experience. I only order their Brown Sugar Okinawa Smoothie, so I am familiar with the taste, texture and consistency. Tonight on UberEats, I ordered two large Brown Sugar Okinawa Smoothies. Both with extra boba and 100% sweetness. Let me tell you that tonight they missed the mark bad. There was no extra boba. Matter of fact the boba amount that was in there was less than the standard amount. On top of that the boba was hard! The 100% sweetness was more like 5% sweetness. The flavor of the brown sugar was almost non existent. It tasted so watered out! Also, why was there so much ice? I asked for smoothies, not slushies smh In the end , I paid $20 for some disgusting, unsatisfactory drinks. Do yourself a favor; save your taste buds and wallet a bad experience and just go to Boba Time.

Boba Zzing, you had a good thing!! Why did you change?!! You were one of the only tea places I know that offers monk fruit sweetner. Your tea used to be so good, but that no longer the case, it was pretty horrible today! So bad that I drove back to return the overly sweet milk with a barely noticeable hint of tea flavor! The 2 girls that work there were kind and polite and made the tea over again but even after multiple attempts to get more tea flavor I just accepted it and went home. Whoever prepares your teas should stop immediately! Boba Zzing is a HARD pass for me! There are way too many other boba options with way better tea!

Love this spot! I am a night owl! So I am always looking for a late night coffee/tea/Boba spot, I saw on Google that the spot is open till 2 AM so I decided to check it out with some friends, and let me tell you I was not disappointed, I got the Mulberry Matcha milk, tea with almond milk and Konjac jelly, it was recently priced and had great flavor taste, and I like that the Matcha is organic. On top of that if you are hungry at late night because I'm always up late at night they serve food and we're not talking about microwave if we were talking about rice and beef like KBBQ Bulgogi. Since I was a bit hungry and tired from work and did not desire to cook. I also got some of that and it was very tasty. Let me tell you I did not leave anything late it all will definitely be returning to this place for some more as I have found a new favorite late-night spot, also the entrance has acute sign. That's very Instagramable and it's very nice. The staff and the owner were very nice and very polite which made the atmosphere enjoyable!

We decided to look for a late night, Boba spot! Another place that we've been to before closed early on us and didn't let us know that in advance that they had a 30 minute last.. so we decided to check out another place in Koreatown, we found this one to be the latest one open! And when we called, they are actually keeping their doors open till 2 AM for customers!!! They said the best way to get a hold of them is to DM them on Instagram in case they are busy making orders
They have a pretty good size parking lot they share with other small businesses, and there is some street parking, and a smart and final across the street worst case scenario if you can't find parking. We went right before they closed so there was not any issues finding parking in the parking lot.
When you walk in, there's good lighting, and the menu items are easy to read! I like that they still have things on paper, I know people like to read things on their phones, but being on our phones all day, I don't mind the paper! There's a small area inside that you can sit at, and a long bench around the front door with some cute signage. You could take a picture at.
We ordered one of the top 15 choices and we were able to ask for less ice without an additional charge and we were able to ask for less sweetening as well
- Mulberry matcha milk tea
- Strawberry matcha milk tea (they use some real strawberries)
We added some conjac jelly and Boba! By the way, the conjac jelly doesn't have any calories, and it's quite popular!
We also ordered the beef rice, Bulgogi, I don't think they have a full kitchen chef in the back but this was something we could order while we were here, enjoying our bubble tea!
The staff was really nice and very patient in answering any questions and placing the order! We met somebody that was the owner towards the end, and he was really nice and was telling us about some of the items and he even asked us how we liked things and we gave our honest opinions!
We will be coming back here soon! So happy we found a new late-night spot! Love the vibe here and the drinks!!! Thank you

Stopped by on Friday evening for some boba, and both the drink and the customer service from staff far exceeded my expectations.
I was helped by Vivian and she did a excellent job assisting me find what I'd enjoy the most. Major props to her for making the best boba milk tea I've ever had!
