I ordered delivery from here. One drink was missing from the order. I also ordered XLB and a bulgogi bowl. Instead of XLB, we received completely raw xiu mai. What they got right was fine, but what they got wrong was really bad.

Boba Zzing has become my new favorite boba spot in Los Angeles!I decided to give Boba Zzing a try because their drinks looked very appetizing and tasty in photos, and I am pleased to say that they ARE!The compact but bright, airy interior has a couple tables and a counter for ordering, with most of their milk teas and smoothies being between $6-8. I found these to be very reasonable prices compared to similar boba spots in LA, especially for the size and quality!After ordering, our drinks were ready in no time.The Strawberry Smoothie was fruity, thick, and delicious.The Strawberry Creamy Milk was my favorite, and was rich in flavor and so silky smooth. Yum!I am more than pleased, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great boba milk tea or smoothie spot in LA!

Amazing service from Cristian and Victor A, gave us the drinks super fast and was the best boba we’ve ever had.
Meets all the basic criteria for a tea and boba shop. Overall the taste was satisfactory and the consistency of the boba was acceptable. Nothing fancy, but had to satisfy a family members request for that trendy concoction :) pretty much was the closest to our rout and took just a few minutes to make and serve. They have a self serve cotton candy machine and a claw machine inside and a free parking lot in front. We were treated kindly and I got to use the Yelp 20% off offer for first time customers. That was a n unexpected nice surprise.

Found this spot as it was open late. Upon arriving there was crowd so I imagined this place was popular. Turns out people were waiting for some time as there was only one person working! Overheard one customer complaining as he walked out that he waited close to an hour to finally get his order. That definitely turned potential customers away and back to their cars. Some 30 minutes later, two other employees finally arrived (don't know if they were late or whatnot considering place was closing in an hour or two).Apart from the initial staff shortage (with no explanation), the orders started arriving much quicker. They ran out of boba, so there was more of a wait for that them to make another batch. Ended up just substituting it with the konjac jelly, which I preferred. Unsure what it was at first and decided to make the substitution to avoid waiting any longer than I already have, but it's pretty much like crystal boba.Definitely try their Banana Milk. Would have rated it lower if it weren't for the drinks.

Walked in and was staring at the menu clearly overwhelmed like every time I go into a boba place so the manager gently explained the menu items and what sets them apart which was so nice because usually I feel rushed for no reason. I learned they really care about fresh ingredients and quality. I was recommended their specialty banana milk tea and was really pleased. It was delicious! The manager was so friendly and helpful!
