Genuinely the best bagels I’ve ever had, and definitely the best in the city. My friends and I all did a blind taste test with bagels from like 4 of the other “best in LA” spots and Boichik was the unanimous favorite. I loved their spot in Berkeley and was hyped when they announced they were opening a location down here. Very kind and dog friendly, too. Highly recommend the hatch chili cream cheese!

Bagels are ok.
Everything here is delicious my favorite bagel in the neighborhood.
Attendants are very friendly.
Ask for a side of egg salad with your bagel so it doesn't make too much of a mess.

The bagel was flavorful and with fresh ingredients.
I recommend the Hatch cream cheese.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the place itself had a cozy vibe.
Better than some New York bagel’s spots

It's less than an hour from their closing time, hence they're sold out of lots of stuffs on the menu. Not hindering me from trying, I went for their Pumperthingle bagel, which was them of marrying pumpernickel and everything bagel (how genius!). Doubtlessly, giving a try on their Pink cream cheese, recommended as it's more tangy and apparently one of their popular one even in NYC. Ordering online was surely recommended to skip the line. Mine was ready in less than 10 minutes.
I had mine toasted, and would say it's decent but I couldn't call out anything distinctive from other favorite ones in town, either the bagel or the cream cheese. I added almond butter on my bagel and felt that I should've requested it on the side as I could barely taste it and it's kinda pricey adding $2 for the quantity.
Overall would say worth trying if you're curious. Plus point they had plenty of seats in front of the outlet, which most of my other favorite bagel places in town didn't really serve.

We got two of their bagels on Saturday at the protest, they were amazing, so good and so fresh
Chewy dough. Toasting didn’t help

The bagels were delicious. I got a dozen to take out with one shmear and it cost me $60. Maybe it’s just me but the prices seemed steep.
The bagels taste okay and the prices are decent, but the bagels are very small. The lox spread also has barely any fish. If the bagels were larger for the same price it would be worth it.
Bagels are tasty The classic sandwich was good. Just be aware that the lox spread is light on lox
Just a place focused on good bagels. Fresh toppings too. Satisfying. They have the usual choices plus some real interesting ones.
Bagels were served basically frozen. Hard to eat an ice cold bagel. Even my girlfriend’s toasted bagel was cold. No bueno.
