I really enjoyed going to this restaurant. The food was great, the atmosphere is a nice oasis in the middle of L.A. but most exceptional was Rachel, she was such an amazing waitress. It was really busy and they were short-staffed and she rocked it! Thx Rachel you are amazing and your recommendation to go with the fish tacos was such a good choice! Thank you! ❤️👌 five stars just because of you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Service was horrible. The food isn’t worth coming back with the staff that work here
All the staff are incredible, friendly and fast! I have been multiple times and have always had fantastic service. Highly recommend.
I would love to give a great review but my one experience with the waitstaff last night does not make up for the rude bartender tonight. I sat at the bar and he asked what I wanted and I said a tea and was about to ask for a to-go order of hamburger meal when he cut me off and proceeded to say “No” very abruptly. I asked can I get a hamburger to go he said yes and asked how I wanted it cooked. He then stuck the bill in front of me. I am sorry but I cannot drink alcohol. I just got done with chemo, surgery. and radiation. It is very evident that I have been through it as I have very little hair. This was my first time away from my home in almost a year and was stuck for work in the hotel due to the LA protests and curfew. I tried to talk to the Marriott manager but they said the restaurant is an outside group and they would let someone know. Marriott should do better. The restaurant bartender should do better. After I left they lost a coworkers credit card. Don’t go here, run away!
My company is currently here at the Western Hotel in downtown LA. Paid a lot of money and the hotel and restaurants knew we were coming, it's a convention hotel. The manager spazzed out on me and my team. Said there was no availability when there was available seats. Complained like she was being nice by taking to go orders. Folded under the pressure and totally disrespected managers and directors. Would not recommend and will never recommend my company to come here again.
came here for happy hour on a slow monday.
the bartender seemed to be working alone but they do have a kitchen as there were people eating.
got offered a water which was great. got the fish tacos with a side of guacamole and two beers for $29. not too bad.
finding the place was a little adventure. enter the westin hotel and go to the fourth floor then walk around for twenty minutes and bam you’re there.
oh yeah i’m sharing this to help you out as it was not posted anywhere… happy hour at the bonaventure brewing company BBC located on the 4th floor of the westin bonaventure hotel is from 3pm to 6pm pst Monday through Friday.
Amazing stuffed chicken breast on the specials menu. Thin sliced chicken breast, rolled and stuffed with tomato and cheese set on a bed of mashed potatoes creating an explosion of flavor on your mouth. Not dry, just perfect. Accompanied by asparagus cooked al dente. Mixed together, one of my favorite lunches in DTLA. Can't wait to try the rest of the specials menu. The excellent service and attention by the staff was the icing on the cake.
Cool little brewery inside the Westin Bonaventure on the fourth floor by the pool. Pretty good happy hour prices and their beer was quite delicious. I enjoyed some steak skewers and my buddy crushed his fish tacos. I went with the strawberry blonde beer and my friend had the Mila IPA (named after the prettiest, and perhaps funniest, bartender I’ve ever been served by)

We have held our company holiday party at BBC for the past two years! It was the first time we hosted at an outside venue and were looking for a great location that was also budget friendly. The first year was such a hit, that we immediately booked our date for the following year! Jacey and Erica, and all the staff, are wonderful. They worked with us to fit within our budget, made suggestions on the floor plan, and really provided a seamless experience. The outdoor space is so beautiful at night with the lights and the surrounding cityscape. The food, bar, and dance floor have been a hit each year! The heaters and firepits are great for a December nighttime event and we never had any complaints that anyone was cold - everyone was just having a great time!! We are already booked for our 2025 holiday party!!

Food and service were both great! We had the spinach artichoke dip, the honey pepper salmon and the cauliflower steak which were all amazing and it was refreshing to have such delicious vegetarian options on the menu. We topped it off with their strawberry blonde beer and the whole meal was amazing. Highly recommend and we’ll be back!
Vegetarian options: It was refreshing to see such thought out vegetarian options on their menu.

This place was excellent. Stopped in with my wife on vacation and we were amazed with the service and the quality of the food. Everything tasted so fresh. My wife is a particularly picky eater and we ended up eating here twice on our vacation because we enjoyed it so much!

We held our regional work holiday party here in the garden. The event director Jacey was awesome to work with. She was transparent on cost and insightful on what options to go with for our event. On the day of the event she went above and beyond to help work through bumps that we had with the AV company and to accommodate other unplanned needs of ours. She truly made our event a success! The entire staff was friendly and helpful. I was also worried we would be cold outside in the middle of December so she gave us the option of moving it indoors if we needed too. However, they had plenty of heaters in the garden and everyone was comfortable. It was great to be outside! I'd definitely recommend this venue.
