I ordered a Philly cheese steak with sweet peppers, American cheese and cheese whiz on the side. It was a good Philly cheese steak, better than most of the ones out here and some of the ones in Philly. I'm just glad I got it with sweet peppers because I feel like it would have been a bit bland without it. The American cheese didn't add as much flavor as I would have liked. That's where the cheese wiz come in for the clutch. I wanted to give it a 5 star but It wasn't something I would go out of the way for. If I drove by, I might pick one up but other than that it's just Better than average. The parking situation can be a bit compact with only 5 stalls and a one way driveway. The service was quick and the seating is only outdoors so be mindful if it rains.

Having nothing exciting at home to eat today, I decided to try a Philly cheesesteak for the first time and I remembered Boo's from my drives for work. They have a tiny parking lot, but I got there at a good time, but be aware of this, you may have to find street parking nearby. They are not allowing customers inside, but they had touchpad kiosks outside where I could place my order, and there are a few heavy wood tables and stools to sit and eat. I had a regular cheesesteak with Cheez Whiz and fries. Service was fast and friendly, so I am glad my first experience having an east coast delicacy was very yummy.

It's probably amazing but they forgot the mayo on my sandwich so :/ tough to really critique. Will try again tho for sure! Friends say nothing but great things. Also, the fries are solid.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Boo's Philly Cheesesteaks, and it was an experience I won't soon forget.First and foremost, let's talk about the star of the show: the cheesesteak. Oh, my goodness! It's not an exaggeration to say that Boo's serves up one of the best cheesesteaks I've ever had. The meat was perfectly cooked, tender, and packed with flavor. The combination of gooey cheese, sautéed onions, and peppers created a symphony of taste with every bite. And the roll? Pillowy soft on the inside – absolute perfection. But it wasn't just the food that impressed me; it was the attention to detail and the commitment to quality that truly stood out. The ingredients were fresh, the portions were generous, and each sandwich was made with care and precision. It's evident that the folks at Boo's take pride in what they do, and it shows in every aspect of their operation. If you're a fan of cheesesteaks – or just good food in general – do yourself a favor and pay them a visit. You won't be disappointed! Don't skip on the fries.

It's cash only. I think that's it's an accessibility issue. When I went, I exchanged cash with a stranger and transferred through zelle, so her and her husband could pay for their meal. Yeah, I helped out, out of kindness, but this limitation shouldn't even be a thing.

Having not lived on the east coast, I don't have eaten certain things like Philly cheesesteaks often. So Boo is one of the only times I have eaten a Philly cheesesteak and it is definitely something worth trying! Beef is tender, cheese is gooey, and bread is thick to absorb juices. Not something I would eat every day but if I'm in the area I would definitely stop by. Saves you a trip to Philadelphia! Apparently the story is Andrew Ahn, the owner, grew up on the east coast and his immigrant father worked at a cheesesteak place. Andrew then as an adult started Boo with the inspiration and learnings he got from his father.

First and foremost I am from Philadelphia, PA. I lived in walking distance from Gino's and Pat's who have been in competition for over thirty years. When I came out to California I noticed Californians like to take something that is a amazing put their own twist on it and it turns out to be a disgusting result! I decided to go with Boo's because they did not change ANYTHING keeping it original and not adding this California twist attempting to be special and claiming it's theirs. The product is exemplary!!! Just as it is back in Philadelphia!!! Original Amoroso Roll, sautéed onions and Cheese Whiz!!! PERFECT!!! Word to the wise Californians... keep it original, don't try to be SPECIAL!!!! Thank you BOO'S you have obtained a permanent loyal customer!'n

Cheesesteak heaven. Worth the visit. Lots of customization options - easy way to order if dining in. Service was good. Lovely little patio that you can sit and watch the world go by as you're chomping down. Tried this Fentimans Ginger Beer with my red pepper cheesesteak and fries. Also arrived just before the rush so yay!

Authentic ingredients, good flavor and quality, made to order. Not knowing much about cheesesteak I tried this place on a recommendation by a friend from Philly and always craving this ever since. Choose your own toppings, I love whiz but many prefer provolone or American. Vibe: It’s a small takeout place with little parking so pickup and enjoy! Frequent coupons if you sign up for emails.Dietary restrictions: They were happy to prepare and package the meat-only separately for my gluten/dairy free son.

Ordered a Turkey hoagie on the app with no oil.. pick up time was at 11:30 so I had it timed perfectly on my way to work. It was ready 15 min before and after picking up at 11:30 I got to work with a sandwich with cold fries and hard cheese on the side. Major disappointment. They won't take phone orders and there's nowhere to contact them on their app. Also just for reference my work is 13 minutes away. If that.. oh fuck, I missed my turn.
