We were a group of 7 and sat outside. The restaurant was not busy and that should have been our clue. It took at least 10 minutes before our waiter came by. It took us a couple of times of flagging down our waiter to finally get water. When we were ordering, one person requested their meal without peppers and the waiter said the chef would not modify the menu. When she asked to speak with the chef, the waiter refused. The tapas took almost an hour to get to us. They ran out of champagne. Though our waitress was great, they were WAY understaffed and seemingly way behind in the kitchen, despite not being busy at all. The worst part: the food wasn't that great for all of that wait. Very sad, as they have vegan items.
