Margarita gave the best recommendations from appetizers, main course and desert. She was attentive and kind and between her and the food, I will definitely be back. Only took a photo of the BEST CHOCOLATE CAKE because I devoured my food as soon as it landed on the table.

All four of us were extremely happy with our meals. Plenty of food and the selection made it very difficult to choose. We were too full for dessert which was the only disappointment!

Came here for the happy hour specials after work and wow. The entire menu was tempting. We got the pao do queso and caprinha to drink.
Solid go to place. Perfect spot to decompress and catch up with friends. Daniel was exceptional. He ensured we felt welcomed and attended to.
Have to come back to this place on the weekend to experience brunch!

The service was honestly very disappointing. I waited over 40 minutes for my food, only to find out the order had simply been forgotten, and nothing was really done to fix the situation. The food looks good, but I didn't get a chance to try it

Great food and drinks as well as company. We had a great time.

Very disappointing experience. The older man at the front was extremely rude and unprofessional. He seemed lazy and uninterested in helping customers at all. Instead of welcoming guests, his attitude made the whole place feel uncomfortable. Customer service is just as important as the food, and unfortunately, this place failed badly in that area. I wouldn’t recommend coming here unless they improve their staff behavior.

The best of the night was the customer service Abelardo did an amazing job. He was so kind and he was very respectful and with a lot of initiative. Poorest service of all Bossa Nova’s. The cashiers and severs have the nastiest demeanors at this location. Tonight 5/13 at approximately 11:45 I asked the manager for assistance and he disappeared looking stressed lol the servers followed suit, very poor management here.
