My first time ordering from this restaurant and the food was excellent!
I ordered Curry chicken with rice & peas and plantains 😋
The seasoning was a bit spicy, but I thoroughly enjoyed my plate.
I ordered plantains but got a festival. I returned to the restaurant to get my plantains (made perfectly) and he let me keep the festival. I tasted it, because I never had one and it was actually good.
My only suggestions are:
**Employees handling food should frequently wash their hands and wear gloves.**
**Start accepting credit cards & ebt. The sales would increase because people can purchase more when they don't have to pay for everything with cash.**
I really wanted to support this restaurant because it is new to my area but after my first experience I dont think I can go back. First off, the place smelled so strong of incense that I couldnt enjoy my food. I left the place and smelled like the incense all day long. The food was tasted ok but it looked like it was reheated in a microwave. For the price I paid, I would expect at least a freshly cooked dish. Service was non existent and the server/ cashier really didnt seem to care to ask if I needed anything. I had to do everything on my own. I really hope that they succeed with their new restaurant but I dont think I will be returning.
Easily the nicest Jamaican restaurant I’ve ever been to. I dined in with two friends and the experience was amazing from start to finish. Most of the Jamaican spots I’ve been to call themselves restaurants, but they feel more like cook shops — this one is the real deal. The space is clean, modern, and actually feels like a place you want to sit down and enjoy your meal.
We ordered the Oxtail, Jerk Chicken, Bar-B-Fried Wings, Jerk Shrimp Pasta, and Ackee & Saltfish — everything was full of flavor and perfectly cooked. You can tell the food is made with love and attention to detail. For drinks, we had the Pine & Ginger, Fruit Punch, and Sorrel — all refreshing and so good. And we couldn’t leave without trying the Rum Cake, which was the perfect way to end the meal.
The food, the vibes, and the service were all on point. This is definitely a place I’ll be coming back to, and bringing more people with me next time.
Food is on point !!!! Can’t be compared to no other.

Everything about this place is amazing. The staff treated us like family, the food was delicious, and the restaurant was so clean you could eat off the floor. Eat here as often as you can!
I must say the oxtail and rice and peas with a cold cola champagne is my fav!! Dined in they were very attentive.
Delicious Jamaican restaurant! Goat curry was recommended and did not disappoint! Everything was delicious, tender, well spiced and left me very happy.
So I just left. This place is a few blocks from my house saw it and decided to give it a try. I ordered the oxtail pasta, the curry shrimp, 1 curry chicken patty and 1 jerk chicken patty. I also got a ginger pineapple juice.
The guy at the counter (David) was polite and understood the menu and was able to explain to me what was what. I ate some of the patties first and the crust on the patties were good but I felt like I was just eating a puff pastry with nothing really inside. I took a sip of the pineapple ginger drink and that thang is SPI-CY. There's way more ginger than pineapple. My ears were burning BUT it was still good. It will be good for a day im feeling I'll. A cap will due lol. The oxtail pasta and shrimp curry were good but with the cost of the plate I expected more pasta. I understand oxtails are forever reason expensive now so that portion was ok but pasta is not expensive. The dishes were also too spicy so much so my kids couldn't eat it and I had to get them some other food and so much so that it wasn't an enjoyable eat for me. I thought I'd get a break with the white rice but the spice was there too because the shrimp and drippings were placed on top. If I order again I'll ask for the rice to be placed on the side. I gave 4 stars because I didn't dine in and I ended up having to find my kids something else to eat and the patties were a miss. I spent $97 for the items mentioned.
Very nice, and clean restaurant, staff was very kind and attentive and, the food was amazing. Would recommend to anyone who want authentic Jamaican food!!!!
