Girl behind the counter rude, didn't say hi or greet me in or out. Cookie way to expensive. Hard and not tasty.

Convenient little coffee shop in the middle of the Westfield Century City shopping center. I found the coffee to be decent as well as the service. At times it can appear a little busier than the staff can handle but I’ve only had positive experiences in the several times I’ve been here. Limited sizes on coffee - essentially you get a shot sized cup or a regular size cup - and you’ll pay a slight premium for the location.

Went there on a Sunday evening and they closed at 7:30 pm whereas the mall is open till 8:00pm and that’s the time listed on google as their business hours. The associate present in the store still had the door open to their shop and was kind of dismissive and rude about them being closed 1/2 hour before the rest of the mall.

Did you say coffee!? Boulon Coffee is a very cute small coffee shop inside the Westfield Century City Mall. The neon pink sign caught my eye and all the pink just drew me in even more! They serve unique coffee and teas. I went with my usual iced vanilla latte. It was basic, I've had better. I regret not getting one of their signature drinks. It might have been better than my IVL. But nonetheless, I'll most definitely return to try something different. They deserve a second try. ?Even though it's a small cafe, they do offer outdoor seating. Which would be nice if you need a quick coffee break from shopping.?️☕

The iced pink chai is excellent. I added espresso to make it dirty and the bitterness from the coffee balanced the tang and sweetness of the drink.
Found hair hanging from the cup. No tissue available. Managed poorly and is nothing close to other coffee place in Century city. At the end I watched them. The place isn’t equipped enough to clean their things well. I returned the order. First order spilled all over my pants as they are so cheap to keep lids not visible for customer. Second time there was hair and she left half a cup empty.
Cute little cafe with delicious drinks. The truffle avocado toast is one of the best in the game ?
I was excited to try a new coffee shop in the mall, but was a little disappointed at first sip. I ordered a large (16oz) mocha ($6.50) and it was more like a water down chocolate milk. It looks like they only did a single shot of espresso and filled it up with milk. It was difficult to taste the espresso and chocolate. If I decide to come back, I might just order the regular 12oz ($6) so the espresso-to-milk-to-chocolate ratios would be more proportional.
