Today was our 4th visit. After the 3rd visit, three straight GREAT food experiences and three terrible service experiences (late delivery), I almost gave a “1” review. I waited to the 4th visit today, a fourth GREAT food experience. And delivery was perfect, it seemed. BUT… got home and no sauce for the chicken, no sauce for the beans. Arggh!! Amazing food, 4 for 4 bad pickup experience. So a 4, and be patient with the service.

I ordered the 20 piece chicken tenders, half mild, half original. We were very impressed with the flavor! Very delicious! I’ve eaten a lot of Japanese chicken before, but you’ve got a really unique taste going on. The pickup service was very different but convenient! We will definitely recommend and come back.

Lack of people in the kitchen. Food is good though.

When your food its ready you will be. Notify by phone to open a locker and food will be there waiting for you. Food its good, good portions.

I tried Box Chicken for the first time, and let me tell you—it didn't disappoint. I went with their Box Meal and made sure to get the crazy hot flavor. I had to see if it lived up to the name. Well, the fire definitely stood on my tongue! Since I love chili, I was very pleased. The Japanese rice and pickled cucumbers were absolutely lit. I made several improvements.

Don't trust the estimated time to prepare your food. We had to wait an extra 25 minutes past when they said it would be ready. Food is fine. Chicken tenders and sauce are reasonable.

I went to Box Chicken for the first time today and picked up 2 box meals and an extra box of chicken tenders. I got a mix of original, hot and spicy tenders along with white rice, green beans, house pickles, potato salad and Japanese rice. Everything was delicious! Lol I almost ate the box too ?. The tenders were super crispy and flavorful. My wife and son are in for a treat when they get home!

WOW, Box Chicken is easily now my go-to chicken spot. The crispiest chicken tenders (I ordered both the regular and mild flavors and cannot wait to try the others) were complemented perfectly with potato salad, green beans, pickles, and Japanese rice! Not to mention their sauces... I'm already planning my next visit.

I tried the Box Chicken meal for the first time and let me tell you it was absolutely delicious and enjoyable. The chicken pieces are big and perfectly cooked. Not greasy. Meat is moist on the inside and crunchy on the outside. The special Asian sauce they dip the chicken in is outstanding. Bursting with umami flavor in each bite. This Box Chicken is total comfort food you will crave often after you try it. It’s that good!

I also tried their Asian chicken salad, which is one of the best salads I’ve eaten so far. The veggies are so colorful and the sauce is amazing. You can choose how you want the chicken with the salad.

Everything was fresh and presentation was perfect. Portions are generous too. This is Asian American fare at it’s best!

The delicious chicken meal comes with wonderful side dishes: Rice, Japanese potato salad, fresh steam beans with dipping sauce, crunchy Asian pickles and lots of love in the preparation.

They do catering. Perfect for parties and large gatherings.

Definitely a game changer for Asian style chicken. A must try!
