If you’re looking for the typical Brazilian hospitality, you will not find it here. The guy said he was Brazilian. He stopped being one long time ago and didn’t even realize it. Bless his heart.

Nice little place, barista called my decaf oat milk iced latte, my fake coffee with fake milk made me laugh 😂 tbh it’s true! (Of curse it was a joke, milk and coffee were very much genuine) Will come back

The Brazilian bread gave me food poisoning. I came here for a tea and treat but was treated rude with abrasive language. The guy was yelling at me and called himself the owner, weird vibes all around.

I tried to order delivery from this place three times. Every time, after a delivery person was already there, after about 30 minutes, they cancelled the order saying that “the restaurant is closed.” Why do you have to waste people’s time, if you’re not willing to fulfill your orders?

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place really pushed me to.

I honestly don’t even know where to start. I was so happy and excited to try a “Brazilian” place and get a taste of home, but it turned out to be such a disappointment. The staff was rude and disrespectful from the moment I walked in.

My food wasn’t great, but the only thing I actually complained about was the drink. It didn’t taste good at all. I politely asked for a bit more sugar and got made fun of. Comments like “You won’t like it like this” and “It’s supposed to be like this” were completely unnecessary. I was literally just trying to enjoy my drink. I’m Brazilian and know what it’s supposed to taste like (one of the staff/maybe the owner idk told me that he was also Brazilian and kept being rude) And even if I wasn’t, I should be able to request food how I like it.

I spent $47 and couldn’t even finish half of the food… including the juice. I’ve been to many Brazilian food places in the USA and LA and never felt this sad walking out of one.

I stayed calm and respectful the whole time. I just asked for sugar. That’s it. No reason to treat a customer like that. Do better.

Such a vibrant vibe here. The guy in the front is funny, loud and great at his job. If you want a really amazing Brazilian themed coffee and food this is it. So friendly and welcoming.

I love the yogurt, sandwiches, and salads here. I am rarely a coffee person, but I make an exception to their coffee because it is very good and does not have a lot of sugar. I order the latino latte a lot. The staff and owner are super nice and add to the relaxing vibe of this spot. One of the rare DTLA gems that I enjoy during my work week.
