I guess I'm just not ready for a $22 loaf of bread - even if it is gluten free. I did try a $9 baguette. I found the outer crust lacking in crunch and the inside had a very strange consistency.I see from their website they have multiple locations so more power to them.
Great food especially for my wife who has a ton of allergens including a severe celiac reaction. Yeah, it's a bit expensive, but it's all quality handmade, there is NO supplier except there own in an area where houses are $3 million+. So, no they aren't gonna give it to you for free. The best gluten free spot I’ve ever been to in my life. I love the free samples they provide because my first time being there, I was nervous as to how the items would taste. The pumpkin muffin is to die for. The vanilla beignet is insane! And the mixed berry tartlet is criminal! The hoodie is extremely soft. The vibes are exquisite. It is extremely pricey but that’s expected because of the quality ingredients. It’s weird how we have to pay more for less ingredients in life...
