I feel like 90% of the time, Breakroom coffee is a much better option than Starbucks next door. The Spanish latte is perfect. That said, today I decided to switch it up and get an iced Americano. I asked him to put some agave to sweeten it, and I should've watched how much he put in because it was WAY too sweet afterward. I took a few sips and had to throw it out.

While the coffee is pretty good, way better than nearby chain options, the customer service is severely lacking. Be ready for some fun here: At best you get no greeting from some gruff and bothered dude who seems unhappy to be there or maybe just unhappy with his life in general? At worst he's got real attitude and tells you to look at the menu board rather than answering a simple question. This place is fortunate to be in such a busy business area bc this bad service would close it down anywhere else.

The coffee shop is located on the outdoor courtyard level of a grand office building. I had a flat white and it was a decent one. The latte art was cute. The coffee shop carries some pastries too, however the prices seems high.The shop setup is very compact, a small building with two windows for order and pickup. An open window, especially a small one like theirs, always feels so much more a barrier than a counter and the customers will be aware that they are outside the shop. It's just hard to have the best experience like this. Apart from that, I like the sunny outdoor seating and meticulously maintained office park courtyard.

Best matcha latte!! I get matcha latte with either oat milk or almond milk. Both sweetened and unsweetened are Botha amazing. The staff is also so nice and friendly! Love this place

Iced latte was good. They need to get additional flavored syrups (hazelnut). Definitely a bit more expensive than I am used to paying but I will be supportive & hope they do well.

Made it out to Breakroom twice last week after discovering that we had a new coffee shop in the area. It's a brand new location, with a nice outdoor patio for outdoor seating. Very clean and modern look, the coffee area is closed off which even as we are getting back to "normal" with the pandemic, is a good thing for everyone. Both times I visited, I ordered the same drink- Spanish Latte with oat milk. The first one was too sweet for my liking but the second one was spot on. It's the only slight criticism I have, slight inconsistency of measurements there. The coffee itself is very good, would like to know what roaster and profile they use for the espresso. Very nice people that work there, and they have a great social media presence too. Will continue to show support and try more of the drinks on the menu, it is definitely up there for best coffee in Century City and at least for me, more easily accessible than other shops in the area. Would recommend you given them a shot.
Love that this is downstairs from my office - a hidden gem! It's so nice to go to a place where the employees have pleasant conversation with the customers! I always get either a Spanish Latte or the "LA Fog" tea latte, which are both delicious - and Teddy's latte art is adorable! Bella is always coming through for me with a smile, a warm welcome, and sometimes a pastry recommendation. The breakfast wrap with avocado is my breakfast go-to (make sure you get the salsa that comes with it!), and sometimes I'll stop in for lunch for a BLT - simple, yet so good! A little on the pricier side, but worth it for convenience, service and quality!

I get my daily morning tea from here when I'm at work. They're always amazing. The staff is so friendly. Seeing as it's located in a commercial building-it's peak hours can create a bit of a wait but that's okay. They're friendly, seem to always get orders correct and are affordable.

I was nearby on business a few weeks, and was looking for a good quick place to grab lunch that felt more real than all the flashy expensive stuff at the mall (this definitely felt like a local's place - not least because it was pretty hard to find. It's around the side of the building, and literally does look like they just took over a random office meeting room until you walk in). I will note, this is another in the long line of reviews where I wish I could give 4 1/2 stars - the sandwich I got (the "Italian", for $10.50) definitely used high quality fresh bread, high quality fresh vegetables, and high quality fresh meat and cheese... but felt a little skimpy on the meat and cheese. It was filling-ish, and enjoyable enough, but not huge - I've had better (meatier) sandwiches for that price or cheaper, though I do recognize that it's an expensive area, and it's still one of the better lunch deals you can find within walking distance. I wouldn't go out of my way to come back here, but if I were in the area on business again in the future, I *would* come back here. I wasn't in a coffee mood that afternoon, sadly (their coffee looked excellent, but I didn't try any) - I did leave with a $3 cookie, though, which was thoroughly worth it.

We stopped in to get a quick breakfast before heading out to work. Since we didn't want a big breakfast, we decided to try this. Lots of choices of sandwiches and great coffee. When we return to visit, we will make this our first stop in the morning.
