Food was okay, but it came in plastic containers and they charged an automatic gratuity of 20%. $47 for an impossible burger and a beer.
Servers were all sooooo friendly and welcoming... Portions were large and food was delicious.
The room was uncomfortably cold (12/30/2024) and the floors and tables all need a bit of updating. But for a hearty meal on a budget in a great location near LAX/hotels, I'd return
Food was mediocre at best. Feels like everything was frozen. No vibe. And they add 20% service charge as a tip without telling you. Would avoid this place next time. Order in instead.

I'm pretty sure most or all of the food here is frozen. Mediocre at best, would only recommend if you're way too tired to go somewhere else.
FYI: 20% gratuity is auto added to the bill.

Horrible stay..... staff... customer service... everything was just... BAD !!!
Quick shuttle ride from the upper level of LAX. Fast check in at 8pm. Large, quiet room and comfortable bed. Low water pressure in #571. One pint draft beer was $9 PLUS $4 more in taxes and the bar’s fees.
Parking: Charged to your room

Worst hamburger I’ve had in many years, no exaggeration. Bacon that looked like it came from a cheap hotel buffet breakfast. Processed cheese. White tomato that was tasteless. Lettuce that was limp, soggy, and just gross. Bun was wet. Ground beef - not good.Steak cut fries were undercooked and I’ve had better fries out of a frozen bag from a cheapgrocery store. Even the ketchup was off brand (but adequate and the prize of the meal).Service was mediocre, but timely. 18% service charge applied to the bill.Forced to eat here due to flight cancellation on connecting flight and only restaurant in the badly outdated Sheraton, at LAX, that American Airlines put us in. If you can help it, don’t eat here. I almost never give a 1 star review, however Brewsters fully earned it, unfortunately.

Got a raw burger. Still cold in the middle.Seems like the frozen patty was seared too quickly without the ice in the middle melting. Was not expecting that for $20. Our server was great

Hotel is convenient but when I filled out a post-stay survey and complained about the smell of smoke in the room, the hotel decided to charge me for smoking - $350. No response from hotel to my calls or messages left on accounting voice mail. Disputed charge and hotel told credit card company it was for the room charge (not smoking). I've re-opened the dispute.
The room looks nothing like the pictures they are worse than motels! The lobby looks nice and stuff but the room is fking trash! And $50 parking per day even we already paid for the room. And they charge $10.95 ordinance per day. No fridge and they don’t even have a trash can in the room…idk wtf is this DONT STAY IN THIS TRASH
