Bagels are number one in town I love them the service is not that great the girl that help me didn't have a smile, maybe she was having a bad morning, but the quality and taste of the bagels are superb.

Great food, TONS of bacon on the bacon egg and cheese. Only downside is no dine in (benches outside) and not real eggs. Overall still excellent.

The staff is always fast and friendly even when they’re busy. Grab a baker's dozen to take home because one is never enough!
Best bagel in LA hands down
Being a native New Yorker, I figured I’d give this place a shot. First impressions were solid — classic bagel-shop vibe with all the right feels. I ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese. Oddly, they didn’t have scallion cream cheese on the menu, which I thought was strange. When I got my bagel, it was warm — apparently toasted, even though I was never asked, and I definitely didn’t want it toasted. Weird choice. Also found it kind of odd that the bagel was not cut in half standard. I never been to a bagel shop on the East Coast. I didn’t cut their bagels in half after serving them with cream cheese. Not the biggest deal but still something. Bagel was decent. They tried.

the wide variety of breads made me happy from the go, the lox was fantastic and coffee was quite decent. Staff is charmingly awesome. Good place!

Love the food. But customer service needs to be worked on. That blonde lady looks like she doesn't want to be there and gives attitude when you ask her a question.

My everything bagel was rock solid! I couldn’t believe it. So stale and hard to break off a bite. All the other types of bagel baskets seemed empty. Maybe nobody really buys the everything bagels, so maybe they’re days old…. The service was great. Friendly staff and fast service.

This place used to be our go to bagel spot, but the last three times we have gone have been completely horrible experiences. They admit to forgetting our order and we see people who came much later than us getting their orders. We end up waiting for 30 mins for two bagels with cream cheese. There is no apology and instead our concerns are just met with “well, we prioritize other orders.” What does that even mean? You don’t prioritize orders by when they are made but by how much is spent?! Who knows, but it’s completely disappointing.
