They must be using diet chickens. Ordered delivery. Basically just skin and bones. Way higher price than wingstop and not nearly as good. Also 1 drum 9 flats lol. Was excited to try the buffalo sauce. Sauce was good.

Walked in and no one was at the front desk. Staff member walked by with headphones on and ignored my greeting. Another member came around later after we sat our selves and said the guy ignored us because he was on his break. Made a comment about how we had to go back to the front and wait. Walked out . Passive aggressive comment was the last straw

Cane by for lunch last week and nobody was at the front desk during the “lunch rush”. The place is huge and everyone was just around the bar. I was waiting at the front desk for five minutes when I had to call the phone number to let them know that I was waiting up in the front to be acknowledged. My order said it would have been ready at the moment that I arrived, but I had to wait an additional five minutes on top of the five minutes it took them to even acknowledge me after I called for my order pick up. I don’t normally like leaving bad reviews like this, but just stating the obvious here. They need to step it up, especially with the restaurant industry suffering these days.

Takeaway order took an hour for 20 pieces of wings and about 3-4 tables being served with the hostess’ attitude talking about being busy. This isn’t the first time, I once spent a few hours here because of the glacial paced service. The only great thing was the game was on.

Thanks to the manager that refunded my play. I'll also let Touchtunes know that on game days you mute your box in-house but not online.

I visited the store around 1:30pm on Monday so it’s very empty. The food is not excellent, but good in general. The service was brilliant. Love it 🔥
Well… I recently moved the neighborhood and just wanted to use the restroom , I was told to pay $2 for the restroom or be a customer, so I became a customer. Please see the toilets picture in my attachment, imagine if the toilet is that bad, how would be the kitchen is, anyway.. There is promotion on beer for $5 but I was charged for 8.50 also I ordered a sample plate if wings and super super hot ( I couldn’t even finish my beer because I am burning :) I was not even asked about the spice. What an experience.
So for the management; this is my true review all coming from your restroom fee.. Enjoy!

I’m not sure whether to rate this place 1 star or 5 stars. It was probably the single worst dining experience I’ve ever had, so I almost have to give them props for hitting that mark.
We were cruising Hollywood with a friend visiting from abroad, and ended up deciding to stop in here to show her an ‘American Sports Bar.’
We entered and there was no staff to be found… just a confused line of other patrons waiting to be seated in the minimally busy restaurant. We were sat a a booth that seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. The vinyl was caked with grime and it was just plain disgusting.
Eventually we were greeted by a server. She was nice and appeared to be trying, but we didn’t see her again until I had to flag her down for the check. We ordered 3 ice teas and began by sharing a 15 piece wings and fries. Sadly they don’t offer ice teas, so water it was. We had just come from universal studios and even that food far surpassed this. So we ended up with a $35 bill for 15 mini nuggets and stale fries.
I hate to leave this review and would instead reach out to management if it were a small independent business, but a chain like this needs to do better. Don’t let those NFL commercials fool you. This place is garbage. Props to them for delivering the comically worst dining experience ever.
