Me and my family came to the usa for a month we ate at restaurants 1-2 times every day of our holiday. Americas service is great! However at this place took the server 5minutes just to approach our table(every other restaurant immediately or a couple seconds) took her 10minutes just to get our drinks soda and beer. We waited 40minutes for food and told the waitress we are considering leaving the place because she couldnt say when our food will arrive even tho its been already 40minutes!!(every restaurant in the us 5-10min max for the food to arrive) we ended up leaving the restaurant and went to eat elsewhere. Worst service ive seen in the country do not recommend.

Was there for over 90 minutes and never received the wings ordered when the restaurant had less than 5 seated tables. When we finally asked the waiter, the manager âoverheardâ and went to go check. He came to the table and said the food had been sitting there for an hour and no one knew where it went. The poor waiter was busting his butt and the manager was just casually wondering aimlessly or came out of the kitchen eating the entire time. All staff expressed how they wish he would actually help them. Needless to say we paid $80 for 2 beers, a margarita, and 2 shots. Never got to eat. Avoid at all Costs. Hire a manager that knows how to run a restaurant and be part of a team instead of completely useless and just collecting a paycheck.

Typical BWW. Will your food be fresh or not, its the luck of the draw. First order of wings were hot, fries were stale and obviously re-heated. Ordered 6 more wings, they were cold. With what they charge this is really unacceptable. Im going to start sending food back.

Waitress seemed to have trouble processing our order through her iPad. Wait times were a bit long, (even though there weren't many tables seated) and my food came 15-20 mins before my friend's due to an error. Asked to upgrade my fries to mac and cheese, but that couldn't be accommodated without ordering a whole separate side of mac and cheese on top of the fries.
Itâs comically the worst restaurant Ive ever been to. I like BW3s, itâs this particular location that stinks. Lived down the street for 9 years. Every few years we go back in to see if anything changed, nope still continues to be the worst. It used to bother us, but now weâve grown to accept it. Itâs exciting to see just how theyâre going to give us the middle finger. Tonight, oh so many things went wrong, no silverware, order was wrong, appetizers came out with the entrees, but the highlight was that our server took our order, and that was the last time he came to our table the rest of the night. Bravo ol chap. Bravo!
I think they have lazy people working in the kitchen because the service is so slow. I came in the morning, it's already evening. And I'm still waiting for my order.

So, came in here for a lunch and there was nobody except for a table in the bar area. I already knew what i would be ordering and told the waiter about it. They took the order and a few other people came in. Surprisingly they were served as soon as they got in. Without waiting more than 15/20 mins. But here i am now still waiting for just french fries and 10 chicken wings. It has been 43 minutes. Yet, no food, nothing.
However, i tried my best to gain patience and see what is going to happen. Eventually, the food has arrived in 46 mins and it was not looking good. The wings were ok, but the French fries - you could tell that they were cooked at least twice. I understand such a service could possibly be because i was ordering a 13 dollar lunch deal meal, but in the previous experiences, my friends and I had never has such issues.

There is a serious lack of customer service. Sometimes the food is decent but youâre taking a gamble. Wonât be returning to this establishment.
It's a B-Dubs. This Hollywood location can have a wierd stale/wet smell sometimes, but this time it did not, lucky me haha
Street parking can be iffy depending on the day, unless you're willing to pay for a nearby lot.
