Ultimate burger with fries was flawless. Beer selection ok for an airport, but cost plus tip > $64 (burger, onion rings. Beer)

Menu has changed, they confirmed there is no longer any vegan breakfast option. I went to Built instead and had a burger for breakfast😒
On November 3, 2025, the service from Rosa was great, the food was really good, and we were very pleased with everything. We had the BLAT, the Ultimate Burger, and the pork quesadillas and they were all delicious. We also had the mozzarella sticks which are mozzarella sticks. When we arrived there were only 10 people in the restaurant.
If you’re in this area waiting for your flight, give it a shot.

Better food served in hospital cafeterias than this joint. Service had an attitude and lots of excuses. Vegetarian sandwich was served with raw meat.
Only plus was that server offered to comp the entire meal. Geriatric manager shouldn't be entrusted with preparing place settings, let alone food. Was eager to try based off of good recommendations; alas, the worst airport restaurant I've ever experienced.

Worst bartender and bar staff. 18% guaranteed gratuity gives you 10% worth of service. Slow service. Dirty dishes and counter. No acknowledgment of our existence, no water offered, didn’t even ask if we wanted food or another drink. Raiji was enjoying his unenthusiastic, laid back job; very indifferent bordering on rude.

don’t come here unless you have a 5 hour layover I’ll give you a hint I sat there long enough to start pondering and opening up the menu Since there is no menus anywhere when I sat down and I stumbled upon the reviews and they made perfect sense why I hadn’t been services I stood up and walked out.. this is the airport people have places to be 😂

All the tables are dirty. Gratuity is already added to your bill, which is absolutely not right. Of course, it's bland airport food. I took one for the team, not recommended.

I usually post only positive reviews but this deserved a change of direction.
Worst service I’ve encountered in years. It took 20 minutes to have anyone acknowledge us. Ordered our food and drinks and asked for ice water in addition. Food took 30 minutes to come out. Fifteen minutes into dinner I had to go to the bar to get our own water. When someone finally came by we asked for another beverage and the check. Twenty minutes later still no check. Everyone including the manager blamed each other. On top of they had the audacity add an automatic gratuity.
Save yourselves time, aggregation and money and run away from this place as fast as you can. To many other options in this terminal than to tolerate this level of incompetence.

Breakfast consisted of frozen hash browns and precooked sausage patties—the kind you’d find at Food For Less, not a restaurant. The place was filthy, with no clean tables and a seat-yourself setup. Our server was very nice but clearly overwhelmed- she removed the dirty cups from our table but didn’t even offer to wipe it, then brought a menu covered in sticky jam/syrup. Honestly, this all comes down to EXTREMELY POOR MANAGEMENT!!

We had absolutely horrible service and forced to pay an 18% gratuity. Of course she had no incentive to give good service. This is disgusting. Avoid thos place at all costs.
