It took a long time for us to get service. Food came quickly and this is why: premade scrambled egg mix from a box, a single slice of barely toasted bread, a soggy cavendish farms hash brown patty and two slices of pre-cooked and burned bacon. Beware of this place - they add an automatic 18% gratuity to your bill. Go hungry, or go somewhere else. This place is terrible.

Place was half empty but it took 10 minutes for anyone to show up and seat me. Two other groups left because it took so long. It took another ten minutes before anyone took my drink order (no food...) and another ten minutes to come to me. Good thing I wasn't in a rush. Even though it was half empty it was incredibly loud so I didn't stay long.

Mediocre food. Slow service. Automatic 18% gratuity is absurd. This place is literally only in business because of the location.

Melissa was so kind. They were about to close the kitchen and the restaurant was pretty quiet. She ran back and asked the chef to let me order. Will highly recommend for the customer service and Melissa and a exceptional

Place kinda sucks, sat for 15 mins before getting a server and then they weren't able to make any kind of tweaks to my order, add things. Wouldn't recommend. Also they add 18% tip so makes sense why the staff has no incentive to be friendly or work hard

18% automatic tip for party of 2 is ridiculous. Tipping culture is out of control.

Ugg. The worst service ever. Even worse than Walmart. The servers do not care at all. Why even work here? The dishes are nasty and you’re served food in dirty dishes. The servers won’t refil your drinks, you have to get up to find them and it’s not that busy. Horrible customer service. I can’t believe this place hasn’t been totally cleaned out with new staff.

Came here for breakfast since my layover was long and it was breakfast time. It took about 10 minutes to get service. I ordered the pancake platter for $18 dollars and asked if I could add some hashbrowns to my order, to which she said yes and abruptly left. The food came pretty fast except for the hashbrowns I never received. The plate came with 2 eggs and 4 slices of bacon and two pancakes. Pretty expensive for only 2 pancakes. The bacon wasn't that good, eggs tasted like eggs and the pancakes were pretty good. She came back with a bill that came automatically tagged with 18% gratuity! That pissed me off because not only was I a party of one, she literally forgot my hashbrowns and never came back to ask me if everything was ok, NOT ONCE. They also taxed me on the gratuity which I'm pretty sure is illegal.

Food is meh, even for an airport restaurant Service is meh Value is horrible $7 for a taco :)

Not sure where they got their "famous" chilli but it tasted like a dollar store can of slop. $12 for a little bottle of guinness too, and an 18% gratuity automatically included. I guess it's somewhere to sit while you wait for a flight?

Had breakfast, asked for over medium eggs and one was good, one was way over and one was way under. Fair enough things happen I thought. Rest of our food was cold. $5 for coffee that tasted burnt and $7 for an orange juice for my kid that was forgotten until the end. After all that we were a family of three for a mediocre overpriced Airport breakfast and they added 18% gratuity!

I can’t say anything for the food because I stuck to beer, but Melissa and the rest of the team were amazing. Airports tend to be a high-stress place, but it was easy to chill at this spot. Like others said, be aware of the included 18% tip on top of regular airport markups.

Terrible food and mediocre service. We had a group of three and when we sat down more than half of the place was empty. Each order of drinks took 10-15 minutes while the wait staff frequented the back room more than checking on the patrons.I had the enchiladas and they were awful. Our group also had the beef dip (also barely palatable) and the burrito which was the best tasting of our three dishes. This place was expensive but not as pricey as the fish place in the same section. I would not recommend unless youre going to sit at the bar and buy pricey beer.Wheelchair accessibility: Tables and chairs are so tight. Back of the restaurant where you can’t really see is more roomy.

Stood waiting for a table for 10 minutes (place was half empty). Sat for 15 minutes after being seated without a server even glancing our way. Left to find food elsewhere.
