Steve was phenomenal and the food is blow you away quality and its a situation where as daring as it may be for new people to Korean Cuisine however it is very accessible so dont be afraid to venture. Authentic, Gigantic, Delicious. Lots of places like it but this is the one.

Visited this restaurant on October 7th around 10:50 PM, and the experience was extremely disappointing. We sat for quite a while without anyone explaining how to order. There was only one girl at the front, and she took forever to slowly bring us utensils and menus.
When we asked her questions, her attitude was terrible — she looked annoyed, like we were bothering her. After deciding what to order, we waved to get her attention, but she ignored us several times before reluctantly coming over, still with a very unpleasant expression.
Later, my friend went to ask for two cups of ice. She stood at the counter and said “hello” twice, but the staff didn’t respond at all. Even when my friend politely asked for ice and whether to wait there or at the table, she was still ignored until the third “hello.”
There were many similar moments throughout the meal, and honestly, I regretted not walking out the first time we were ignored. The food itself was just okay — definitely not good enough to put up with such bad service. First time here, and definitely the last. Would not recommend.

The waiter ordered the wrong food, blamed it on customers and lied to us and refused to take it back. This was my fifth/sixth time here and gotta say the service was not worth visiting anymore !

Came here past 11pm for a post-concert dinner. Food was decent, but it took 45 min for an egg fried rice to come out (way after all the other dishes). Also, the "egg" fried rice came with hot dogs inside. Definitely not the vegetarian dish I was expecting.
Very understaffed with just one hostess/waitress who was incredibly uninviting and scatterbrained.

The food is good, especially the spaghetti… I visited here with my female friend, and the middle-aged drunk men sitting close to us kept staring at us in a disturbing, uncomfortable way, which was annoying

Walked in through entrance and hostess wasn’t inviting. Walked out to check for another entrance but was closed. Walked through original entrance again and was told to wait, and then told to sit wherever. Sat, had to dl QR code. Couldn’t cause it was dirty. We cleaned it and was finally able to order. Took order without writing it down, had to remind what was ordered. Took long just for water. Couldn’t describe sausage skewer. Oh! It’s like a regular $1.00 hot dog. Huh? But paying $12 for 2. Presentation nice, flavor ehhhh. Ordered $26 pineapple soju, waste of money. When beverages were brought, she slammed the glasses so hard that she cracked the glasses for the drinks. Had to take them back. Ordered $53 charbroiled pork belly. Over cooked and when brought to table, was sprayed with gas, lit the bottom to warm up food but when tried everything tasted like gas. After delivering, do you guys need anything else? Not right now. Then goes and chats up a table and ignores us. Never looks at us or checks up. Still waiting for another order, we ask for the check and ask if we need a pkg for leftovers. No. It was actually not good. Ok ok. Not asking what was wrong, can we make it better. Finally brought the last order and it was as terrible as the entree. Still paid over $120 with tip and left everything. The waitress was terrible, not attentive to us as she was to other customers or aware of the menu. What was recognized was we weren’t Korean and we got the worst service. We’ve eaten at places close by and was muchhhh better. Highly don’t recommend!!!unless you don’t care how you’re treated. We went by food pics on their site and I recommend don’t follow pics on this page, cz it’s deceiving. Pics didn’t match food taste bad. Customer service, terrible!!! Go to Dan Sung Sa, they’re wayyyyyyyyyyy betterrrrr!!! Funny that they’re called Boolieya, cause Boo they Lied to US!!!

Hella food and good service
So dark
I should have known when the Uber driver asked me why I was going there.
Cool layout and atmosphere. Like all restaurants/bars in LA including ktown, price shot up and menu changed. Used to be my goto for years so 4 stars for that. Had one of best combo for the price and service seemed friendier. However, prob won't go as often due to price hike, change of menu and service.
