I ordered my food online for long time and I never have trouble with it until today. I did order and show them receipt but they said they never received my order. And asked for code? What code? The online from their app didn't give out code, only name?
I want to cancel my online order but can't see the cancelation button. If I don't get my refund, I'll be very upset.

The Whopper was delicious and made just right. They were out of Coke and some condiments, which wasn’t a big deal.

However, the ladies’ restroom was absolutely horrendous. The toilet was clogged and filled to the brim, and there were paper towels and seat covers all over the floor. For a food establishment, that is simply not acceptable.

Additionally, the two women working didn’t seem particularly motivated or friendly, which added to the overall negative impression.

Great food, but the cleanliness and customer service seriously need improvement.

Great customer service and the food was great. I don’t know if they have Popeye and Cruzito working there. Cause I was dining in enjoying my Texas Double whopper when all of a sudden I hear “te Voy agarar el pan”… I thought he was talking about the buns with his co worker. I just brushed it off. Then a few minutes later I hear “te Voy a despeinar alla abajo, Marita”. I almost choked on my delicious burger rolling on the floor laughing. They must be practicing lines for the next movie.
