I don't know if they were short staffed that day but the drive-thru was super slow that day. Ordered through the app in order to speed things up, but experienced the complete opposite. Next time I'm getting out of the car and picking the order inside. The food overall was good, the only thing is that I wish they followed the directions on what I wanted on my burgers. They were all made the same. I normally don't go to this location since it's a high traffic area. I would recommend going elsewhere if you can.

I have never felt so poorly attended to, nor given away! The bathroom didn't work, the hamburger bun was hard and old, I couldn't even eat it, the facilities were dirty!

HORRIBLE!!!!! I wish i could rate No Stars My kids have gotten food poisoning (sick)from eating here... the food was hard(overcooked) and when my kids took a sip from their soda, it tasted weird. Come to find out there was sludge looking slug in the drink... tried speaking to management about it and their literal answer was "So What" this is unnacceptable from any food place. Health Department should be contacted and the management should be removed. Cant trust Burger King after this experience.

My mother had bought from this place and we all sat down to eat our sandwiches when my father pulls out a long black/brown hair with white tip in his chicken sandwich. DISGUSTING, I do not recommend anyone to come to this place. The service is always bad the employee's have bad attitude. If I find a hair in my food I can't imagine what else they don't keep clean or up to standard.
