I’ve been coming here maybe once or twice a year for over 10 years. Every single time they manage to mess up my order or not give me an item. Happens every single time and it’s super annoying to have to check for the stuff inside my bag before I leave and then have to tell them they messed it up and then wait 20 more minutes for them to fix it. Horrible place

I only go to this one. I have one near my house w/ terrible service. I always get good service here. The people that work there are very nice and never get my order wrong. It's on the corner of Vernon and Figueroa. I'll go out of my way to go to this one.

Stopped in to use the restroom and the door was broke on one and the restroom was dark and dirty. Barely tissue and the door that was connected wouldn't lock

Did I honor a Burger King coupon because it didn't have a number on it but have you ever bought a card from a kid that was standing in front of a store supporting their basketball team? I believe it's $20 and you get a bunch of discounts. On fast food restaurants. Subway honored they're coupon

I don't know if they were short staffed that day but the drive-thru was super slow that day. Ordered through the app in order to speed things up, but experienced the complete opposite. Next time I'm getting out of the car and picking the order inside. The food overall was good, the only thing is that I wish they followed the directions on what I wanted on my burgers. They were all made the same. I normally don't go to this location since it's a high traffic area. I would recommend going elsewhere if you can.
