How can these employees be so dense and not have common sense, if you get an online order and you pack the items why would you not include the usual utensils that people need like a straw for the drin. ketchup for fries and a specified sauce that was marked on the app for the chicken fries. (No ketchup, no straw and no bbq sauce which was marked before hand) Gdamn how can it be so hard..

Blonde Lady in the morning is rude , gave me attitude through the speaker and sighed when I told her to repeat my order, because she almost gave me my order wrong until I corrected her.
There was no line so no need to rush.
She smiled when I told her to be patient so she can think clear and remember orders.
Not sure of her name, but I know there’s an older lady who is super patient. Super nice all workers need to be trained by her. I’m a regular at this location that will change .

This place is magnificent. I went on April 21. The noon cashier is so friendly she recommended me what to get. Chicken fries are amazing!!

I give lower ratings to places that close the indoor dining before 10pm I think it's ridiculous to not be able to sit inside and have meal at 8-9 pm
They always get my order wrong everytime. These people that work here don't understand English or something 2 days in a row they did this to me.
