Refuses to take card in the drive thru. Says it's "temporary" but everything I go there it's still a no. They order you to go inside to pay with card. Again. THEIR CARD READERS WORK THEY JUST WONT LET YOU USE IT AT THE DRIVE THRU DURING A RAIN

Burger King always my first choice for a burger. Why? Because I can have it my way which is exactly how it comes wrapped to you. What's not to like...fresh patty, pickles, lettuce, tomatoe, cheese, ketchup on a hot bun with onion rings.

Looks like someone had a fight and took all their clothes off in the toilet then smashed a bottle and rolled around on the broken glass before taking a dump in the toilet, no flush and walking out naked between two burger buns

I ordered 3 combos, and 1 was wrong. Should’ve been a chicken sandwich, got a whopper. Also had someone else’s chicken nuggets in my bag (confirmed with them before I left). Lunch break so I can’t really go back. I understand it’s lunch rush, but the workers need to slow down to make sure they’re getting everything right. Good pricing otherwise.

1) Food:
I ordered a whopper burger with cheese, a small box of fries, and a water bottle. The burger had WAY too much sauce, making it really messy and difficult to eat. The meal tasted just okay thought overall.
2) Service:
The cashier was friendly and helpful, paid attention to my requests, and made good suggestions. I also got my food very quickly, but everything was just thrown inside haphazardly.
3) Atmosphere:
A lot of weird suspicious people were there. It made me feel uncomfortable, so I left immediately after receiving my food.

Homeless in the restrooms..dirty. Witnessed one of their employees going into a homeless encampment tent smoking a meth pipe and proceeded to go back to work! THEY know who they are!! Gross!!!?

This rating is for the AMAZING Manager who took care of what the "BKApp" could not. Two orders placed minutes apart for the same items, different names, same payment card. One item was ready. The other item never materialized at the store, but the card was charged for both orders. Made a third order, in-store, through the "BKApp," with the same results, card charged, no order materializes. Customer Service is bot/AI driven. Live female Manager on site at 7 pm took care of the matter like a. Boss.
