When I was in the drive thru an employee was on her phone and leaning on the counter and the blond Latina lady said nothing about it my chicken on my sandwich was hard and I ask for ranch and I got ketchup only this is all bad you need better employees that like the job given to them I will never return 😕😩🤦🏾‍♀️

Good food, but the kiosk only ordering confuses some customers. I, unfortunately, think that due to the staff cuts because of the minimum wage raises causing short staffing, the kiosk is a good idea.
A lot of homeless people come here. It excepts EBT.

1) Restaurant needs security.

3) I waited over ten minutes for cashier to take oder. Because, Burger King wants customers to use kiosk in place of live person.

First time there, SUPER SLOW...reason for the 3 stars! I forgot to order off the broiler; so I took what they gave me, but to my surprise it didn't taste as old & dry as it looked...so glad of that! I Will go back there again, it's close to where I live...only every 3 months though for my free whopper & hopefully it won't be the same paste. I mean a couple & a guy was in there when I walked in, but they were getting their food & leaving...so, just me. 2 guys were working in the kitchen & it took about 15 minutes still with only 3 cars coming through the drive-thru the whole time. The positive side, the restaurant was nice & clean.

What's the whole point of just running the kiosk when your workers can't even get an order right? Yesterday I went ordered 3 orders of chicken fries and 1 mozzarella sticks. Instead of telling me that they ran out of mozzarella they just gave me another order of chicken fingers. Yet the cashier almost forgot to give me one of the chicken fingers until I asked .

Dont leave anything unattended in there. Thats all ima say.. food is good .

I ate here yesterday. The food was extremely fresh and clearly made with pride. The person at the front counter was very nice and welcoming. I don't get to eat fast food very often so I truly appreciate having a good experience at your location.

I came here the other day for lunch with my daughter and I would not recommend this location if you plan on eating there. Their coupons came in the mail and I hadn’t had Burger King in a while so I thought it would be a great opportunity to go eat there. The lobby was worse than I expected, and I did not feel comfortable eating there with my daughter. There was a man who was sitting at a table packing glass. The female cashier was very helpful and polite. Since I wanted to use a coupon I had to use the kiosk and wasn’t given the option to modify items. Children’s playground is currently closed. This location does not allow refills and water cups are 42 cents. I spent 23.53 (21.49+tax 2.04) for Whopper Medium Family Bundle. As well as 1 cheese burger kids meal and a medium drink for 9.07 (8.28+tax 0.79). My total was 32.60.

The Food is Burger King GREAT BUT, getting in and out of this particular Restaurant location is a bit confusing.The way you enter the Restaurant is the way you exit. I noticed a patron walk all around the outside of this Burger King Restaurant and she exclaimed she couldn't find the entrance or the exit! For this i give this, i give this Burger King 3 stars. Its a family Restaurant, not a Federal Detention Center.
