Very bad customer service, I bought a chicken burger with potatoes (small portion enlarged) ? and everything went wrong, the only regular thing was the soda eg; The meat that my burger contained had a terrible smell and as I said something to those people with a bad temper; When I came in and wanted to order, there was a woman who helped me, she spoke to me in English when she heard my Spanish language. She said: order at the maquita, it's also in those, apparently there is also nationality racism... I won't go back to this BURGER KING even Crazy
I came here already 3 times and in all those times they were rude took so long like 10 min to give me my fries, besides that they only give one sauce no matter how big ur order is I got two original chicken sandwich and 2 fries n they only gave me 1 ranch. I work at burger king and we give as you wish but there they are greety and charge for what is supposed to be given at least enough for ur big orders I recommend you don't go to this one because it's very bad service.
Took 30 mins just to order a breakfast biscuit, the kid also had an attitude. And to finish it, they screwed up my order. I feel like if you're gonna bust a 1st shift, you should at least smile. I know no one likes smiling in the morning, while working customer service. But your paycheck depends on your attitude
I have bad experience today I ordered a fiery royal crispy chicken and 8 PC. Mozzarella fries and soda of fanta of orange flavor and more stuff. But what I get was different I get regular chicken sandwiches not fiery. The Mozzarella fries they changed and get a chicken fries and the soda I get spriete instead of my fanta I'm very mad ? ? ? wen I tell the person on front desk he only tell me is only what we have... I don't want to return any more to this restaurant.......????????????

ever since they introduced the self pay kiosk, the cashier's have become hella lazy, the kiosk has the option to pay cash, which the cashier/worker has to confirm, they seem so annoyed when you pay with cash

I Just had a disappointing experience at Burger King at exactly 2:26 today. Despite presenting my coupon code at the register, the cashier failed to apply it and was going to throw away my receipt if i wouldn’t have asked for it! She was too busy talking to her coworkers to even pay attention to the coupon, I ended up being charged extra. I tried to address the issue, but they DO NOT answer the phone. I hope they improve their process to prevent such issues in the future.

Went through drive through. Got home , wrong food!! Correct paper for burger but completely wrong burger! Mozzarella sticks instead of chicken fries!! And cost more for it!! Too much traffic to go back!
