I was there this morning and like always there’s a line in McDonald’s and hear me again thinking I’ll be fascinates a coffee no one in line I get there. They have the new machines where you could order which is awesome so I thought all this is fast. there’s like five employees right. Literally three minutes go by I’m like amazed that they’re having a gathering in the kitchen when I’m just waiting for my coffee. I left my dog in the car because they don’t allow dogs inside, but they do allow homeless people inside because there was a homeless there having a picnic but anyways I told the manager excuse me you’re the manager can I get my refund? No one doing a coffee I just came for a coffee she doesn’t employee makes the coffee. The coffee looks kind of weird cause I open it right I didn’t want them to spit on it or something and it was bad like the end of the coffee like the bottom of the coffee so I ask her is this bottom of the end of the coffee and she says no and that maybe she saying the truth because when she poured it it made foam right so I didn’t go to Starbucks, which was three minutes away at the Ralphs or McDonald’s and coffee because I threw your coffee because it sucks your employees

I was there because McDonald’s driver was so busy and I thought you know I also like Burger King and I was happy because there was no line and I gave them machine AI the code but it didn’t understand me so he said he’ll get a member which he did and I member said good morning and I said can I give you the code and he went quiet for about two minutes And I said whenever you’re ready, you should tell me you’re ready. I pull up to the window and I said you don’t like your job. You should just quit the common decency if client is saying can I give you a code then you’re like of course what is the code? It’s like logic right?

The last 3x I’ve been here in the drive through… straight failure. Why? Because they only have one staff member working. Longest wait I had to leave. Hire more help!!!!!

They are trying out this new automated system where a computer takes your order in the drive thru. Last 2 times I went I sat there waiting for 10 minutes before I heard anything. The 2nd time I just left. This is not more efficient Burger King! Never had these issues before.

Drive thru closes at 1am, yet at 9:13 pm the Inglewood BK on Manchester and Normandie told me I could NOT order a Vanilla Milkshake because they clean the machines early at that location… I told them I would let corporate know about this… the drive thru attendant told me to “go ahead”…

Horrible service , horrible atmosphere, today Saturday February 15 930 manager was treating others very disrespectfully with their animals .
The manager kicked me out after I may place my order. Have usually come here every other morning aside from McDonald's which is across the street that's my number one stop but sometimes its so busy so I started trying Burger King and it's been a good experience until today. The manager Hispanic about 5.2short she said get outta here with your dog there's no dogs here allowed and I said wait you know before you're shouting you need to verify this is a service animal and then she shouted again look at the door sign no animals so l said you know You shouldn't treat individual’s like this with service animals so that's the last time l order a Burger King or the Burger King App or anything and I'll let all my family and friends know and all the media know that it's not friendly not even friendly. It's not animal service friendly. Then, after the manager proceeded to go inside the kitchen and start asking all her employees what was my name shouting what was that clients name so unprofessional? I think she needs a break and she needs to be evaluated. She almost had a nervous breakdown there.
I have not gone to a BK in years...this one on Manchester at Normandie stays busy so tiu know it's gonna be okay. I only get cheeseburgers and dr pepper, I have no complaints.
