Why would the cook make 3 regular Whopper combos spicy, I've never heard of a spicy whopper meal. Drive-thru worker was immature. 10:30 am Work crew was not professional

Stopped by here before hitting the DOLPHINS vs CHARGERS game and the Grub was good and the price was decent for a family of 6. The atmosphere though seemed a bit shadey. The staff was behind bulletproof glass or something. I felt like I was at a pawn shop. Food was good though gotta give them that.

Worker at the drive thru window lied about a coupon not working it was empty so I am guessing he was not trying to work(so he lied). Went to the bk on florence and figueroa coupon did work. Honestly it was empty really unacceptable, worker was just being lazy. He even said the coupon code wrong twice and I corrected him around 4pm July 5th 2023. Management look into this individual making the company lose money

I hate leaving bad reviews but This is the closest burger king to my house and let me tell you they are always understaffed some of the managers are rude and as you can see many orders on the screens and from what I saw only 1 employee working the drive thru and front counter poor management avoid this burger king if
