Dirty, smelly, and I waited 15 minutes in the drive through. A voice finally sounded on the speaker. It directed me to go to the 2nd window. The attendant at the 2nd widow told me he just got off his brake - so they obviously don't prioritize the customer. I was so frustrated, I asked him, "Where is the Chick-fil-A?" ...he actually told me, then I thanked him, and drove through the BK without ordering. Burger King seems to be hiring really lazy employees who expect customers to wait 15 minutes to order.Do not patronize this horrible business. I lost my key ring with over 50 keys, and the owner refused to help me identify the thief. Creeps.

11:28pm waited for 5min and no one came to take an order, cars started lining behind. this is ridiculous no sign of people working as I drive by.

Pulled up to the drive thru @ 10pm behind 3 cars and the wait began. All 3 cars waiting for several minutes to make an order but no one was there to take the order. Each one left without placing an order . When I pulled up I could see employees inside and the flame grill fire was burning. A woman finally came out the bathroom after 30 minute wait and said she was in there sick. It was terrible service that the other employees did not come to the window to assist any of the 3 cars that drove thru and left without ordering !
Didn't like the chicken sandwich I ordered it tasted bland and didn't look anything like the picture.

This is the worst Burger King I've ever visited. I mean, HOW many fast food places don't accept their OWN gift cards?? I went in to order a couple chicken sandwiches and prepared to pay with a Burger King gift card a few days ago. The cashier tried my card twice before notifying the manager for help. Manager came over and asked me to try it again, and after I ran it through, the same message popped reading "payment declined." Huh? This is a brand new $25.00 gift card. The manager, looking confused, says "this location doesn't accept gift cards." Huh??? Then he says, "each BK location is franchised and sometimes cards work, and sometimes they don't." Hmm...these excuses didn't make a big of sense. How does their OWN restaurant not accept gift cards? I guess with their questionable service, it wasn't hard to figure out why their dining room was as empty as a school classroom on the first day of summer vacation-- it was about 2 pm. This place is never full, and frankly I'm surprised they're even still in business in this location. I definitely won't be coming here again. Horrible service.

Tuesday March 7th went through the drive thru around 5:15 pm; ordered two original chicken sandwiches along with Chicken, Jr . Got home to give my son his chicken Jr sandwich, thanks Burger King you forgot to give me the sandwich I paid for. If you were hungry; I would have gladly bought some food for you, shame shame. Feel it was done on purpose, my fault for trusting and not looking in the bag, deep sigh!
