This is a small out of the way Burger King located on Sawtelle and National Blvd.in Palms.It was quiet when I went in but the staff were nice.Although I only went in this time to use the restroom which was very clean and well maintained,I have been there before in the drive through and it was nice then too.It makes a difference when a fast food restaurant keeps a nice clean and quiet place to eat like this Burger King has done.I will return again.

Don't know who you have working in the kitchen, but I used to be a regular and all I would ask for is 2 double cheeseburgers. One plain, one regular. The last two times I've been there, both times the order was wrong.
And based on this last order, where my plain burger had 2 pickles on it, I'm definitely assuming they knew what they were doing.
So, I'll just go to a different BK from now on. I've even filled out a survey, praising this store for their fresh and fast service, but clearly you got someone who hates my accent or something about me.
All good.
Have your 1 star review and I will find a better location to order my meal that I reward myself, once or twice a month, for working as hard as I do here in LA, also servicing customers of all backgrounds.
Also, the young man who took my order both times was nothing but respectful and I appreciate him for that.
Your cook needs to open their mind or find a new job. It's tacky and pathetic to mess with someone's food that they've paid for, especially in this economy.

Stopped by around 9 pm. to grab a bite. Went to the drive-thru. The food was fine, it's fast food. The only real issue was they were a bit slow. But otherwise the crew was friendly.

The morning manager is extremely rude he told me that I had been there too long and told me to go away shewing me with his hands when I spend at least $15 a day when I go there one day I wound up spending nearly $30 I sit quietly using the wifi I don't bother anyone he's even opened the women's bathroom door because he thought I was in there too long and I've seen him do it to other customers as well the rest of the staff there are professional and courteous it's just the morning manager he's awful
