I don't recommend that place, there are some people who are unpleasant, then they sell you the sauces. If you bought 6 combos, generally there are 6 sauces, but they don't give you 2 and they sell the rest to you. That's stupid because there are other fast food restaurants. they give you many and they don't sell them to you

No way to use the restroom they keep saying they have no keys , the security act like he can't speak English , even if you eat there you not gonna use restroom no matter how nice or bad you are

Service is slow at best even with no line you have to wait, no one lets you know it will be a wait you just understand it after a while. Check your food before you leave, make sure you got you complete

1. The phone number on the receipt never gets answered!2. The phone number that comes up on Google search and Yelp is disconnected!3. The fried chicken patties are burnt, and look chintzy and crappy!4. I did the restaurant survey from the receipt, gave a bad review, and never got any kind of response.5. Called the corporate number and it just reverts back to the start menu without allowing to leave a comment - zero option to even reach a live person!6. They don't even deserve one star there should be a zero star!BURGER KING SUCKS!!!!!!!

Granted I wasn’t at this location for the food but my pregnant fiancé needed to go to the the restroom and the guy wouldn’t let me have a key I looked for someone who worked for the laundry mat to get a key but I couldn’t find anyone. I tried to reason with cashier but he insisted that I needed to buy something I had no other choice. It doesn’t take much to smile and be polite not be stand off douche. This happened around 1pm on 10/4/23 for any corporate/general manger wants to review.

I asked them if they could clean the dining table so, I could sit down and eat but, he told me that it was for customers. And, I told him that, I just bought something from them. And, he tried to pass me some napkins and some cleaning solutions to clean the area myself. I told him what restaurant does that and I said, that's not my job! Food tasted funny like it wasn't fully cooked but, the meat had a slight pink color to it. I'll be more skeptical about it next time if, there is a next time!

What can you say about a national fast food chain that hasn’t already been said? PLENTY! First, don’t feel sorry for anyone working at this store! They are being paid way above minimum wage with wages going up every year here in LA..so, they should demonstrate how grateful they are to have jobs that pay them a living wage! But no! Nepotism/Fascism is alive and well at this store! How is it possible to legally work in LA and not speak/read English! Who in HR is failing to do their job? Well, as a result of that, your food is never what you ordered, cold or just past the safe time to serve it. Corporate needs to fix this fast.
