6:20 p.m. Monday 03/25 the rude person who serves made a mistake and they gave me a hamburger with things that I did not ask for and they are things that I did ask for, THEY SERVE YOU OFFENDED AS IF THE MISTAKE WAS ONE'S OWN. The woman is very crazy, she is plump with weight. And when I leave, not only does he not apologize but he doesn't say thank you or bye or anything. It's really rude

In the past a girl service was very rude and they forgot to pack things in, But today a guy was attending, very polite and nice, food was delicious, 2 whopper junior for 5 dollars, (Jan 14, 2024) and they had chocolate shake, I loved it.Nice job.

Terrible customer service from the cashier named ROSA, she is spoken to politely asking to add a drink to the order and she has the rudeness to turn around and say that it is a waste of time, she should know what customer service is to know how to deal with to coustumers with kindness if she is having a bad day the customer is not to blame for her temper

I like this Burger King! Their chicken fries are always hot and the girl that works the drive through is really nice. When I work out in the field in this area, it’s always a good stop. I’ve never had a bad experience here.
Very bad service, I went on October 31 and a fat, bad-faced employee, who was very bad at the way she likes her job, went last night. I will not return again

It's aight, I mean they forgot my drink but they got my order correct and the cashier was nice. They have better staff I would say. I haven't tried the drive way tho. Otherwise, I would say it's pretty good.

The food was HORRIBLE, COLD, even AFTER I REQUESTED that it be SERVED HOT! NOT, that a customer should even NEED to ask for that as food should be HOT ANYWAY! THIS, BURGER KING is honestly THE ABSOLUTE WORST I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED!! The Manager was there in front when I asked so they were CLEARLY NOT CONCERNED about how their store was viewed. a real "piece of $*#&" location! i asked to have my burger freshly made and even said i would wait for it, and they still served it cold as hell and it cost nearly 15$ for what i purchased! i was intending to take all the food back and throw it in the drive through window drink and all!!! but, they weren't worth the drive! if, you can't get a simple freakin order right, why are you all still open??!!! avoid, this place people because the food is always cold & the employees serve orders like robots in there!! #WORSTFOOD&SERVICEEVER!!!
