Amazing customer service during the day. Its still overpriced fast "food" yah but the kindness of the staff makes a difference at least. Inside was clean yet the tv was just annoying internet videos but thats probably the fault of the corporate side of BK

I don't eat burger often, there was ad on window texas double whopper, i've ordered that item and supposed be the meal is included the tax $16.50 But the casher charged $19.99. He over charged . Manager must trained them to use cash Register accurately. I was offend it over rip off., and the place is so loud. People speaking loud each other all over , like they needed hearing aid.
Customer service is a joke, skinny lady in the drive-thru got the order wrong even after I repeated the order at the window. Had to drive all the way back to exchange my order, she had the AUDACITY to say that I ordered it wrong.....SMH. She gave tons of attitude and was very un-professional. Check your order twice because this wasn't the 1st time something like this has happened to me at this particular BK, it is however the 1st time I leave a review about it...

The Customer Service here was super friendly, the location was the CLEANEST I've ever seen in a fast food restaurant! And they accept EBT.
