Bad customer experience:After waiting 30min+ for an in-person order, I learned that all orders are processed first in/ first out. After the fact, I was informed of a large online order causing significant delay to my order. It would have been great if staff told me about this before I placed my order.

One of their waiters, Ricky, is the friendliest ever! So nice. Actually welcomed us to the restaurant!

Dietary restrictions: I cannot have gluten so the paleo burger is fabulous for me!!! Love it. Wish their cheese was grass fed also. So strange that they take care with their beef but not the cheese?

I ordered a dairy free chocolate shake and they put literal cashew milk in it. I’m allergic to cashews and spent 30 minutes throwing up in the toilet.

Another health-conscious Burger joint to add to my review list, and it did not disappoint. You can’t go wrong with their staple, the Lounge Burger. A well constructed smash burger with quality ingredients. The best thing about it is there’s little to no grease, and doesn’t sit like a brick in your stomach. I also had a bite of the Turkey burger, and it was pretty good, but I’d recommend the Lounge Burger. They have great fries. The onion rings had a nice batter and seasoning mix, but due to it being delivered they didn’t hold up that well.Overall, Burger Lounge is a great option if you are looking for a solid burger without all the salt and grease.

Burger lounge sits right on the bustling corner of San Vicente and Gorham. This burger joint is a vibrant hub of exceptional energy. Right when I walked in I felt the warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel like I was family. Ricky, the QA, and every staff member will go above and beyond to make your experience memorable. Getting the strawberry milkshake is a must!

Outstanding customer service! Doesn’t get any better than these guys, (as well as at the one in downtown Santa Monica). Love that their burgers are grass fed and everything I’ve had here has been delicious. They also offer non-dairy shakes. Clean and super friendly!

Parking: There are several free spots in the small lot on west side of building, and paid parking garage attached, as well.

Just found a screw in my burger. Ruined the experience. Flavor was good and I appreciate the lettuce wrap option until I found the screw in my food.

The staff here is amazing. After only 2 orders, they knew me and what I order by the third order.Friendly, attentive and fast service. Food is excellent and the environment is clean and inviting.I highly recommend the Brentwood location.Management is definitely doing something great, because I will always choose Burger Lounge over ANY other burger place in L.A.-AnJahla

The Husky, the SOB and the Wild Alaskan Cod Sandwich are quite good. Service can be hit or miss but unfortunately the entire experience is brought down by the WORST parking lot in West LA! I’ve gone there twice and both times there was no parking attendant, which is badly needed. The lot is very poorly laid out making it a nightmare to maneuver in and out, and pray your car doesn’t get blocked in like I did! Street parking is difficult to find. You’re much better off getting there by Uber.
