BL used to be so good but now, it's DISGUSTING!!! I tried to give it a chance because this wasn't the first time but I can see that they just don't care or realize how sad their food has become. I should have gone to Carls Jr., at least their bugers are good. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Update - disappointed yet again. Order took forever, which is always the case with this place. And when I got home to eat it, I realized the chicken club I ordered didn’t have any bacon. Super dry chicken as well. I’d advise everyone to just avoid their chicken sandwiches. The burgers are great, no doubt. They clearly care more about those. I don’t know why I keep going to this place to be honest, just hope I can help a future customer from ordered their chicken.The employees are usually great, very nice and helpful and quick to help if you’re waiting for an order. Wish they had better operations to work with.Sat there for 15 minutes waiting for an order of fries, walked out with nothing.

The best chain burger restaurant in LA. Buns were different from many chain burger shops. Their buns didn’t collapse after composing, and were soft. I was not sure what the powder was on the bun, but it made the burger fancier.? The chicken was still succulent. Cheddar, lettuce and everything made perfect accompaniment.For the side dishes, there was a good option—half and half, so can enjoy French fries and onions together. The fried onions were the best I had ever! So juicy and tasty? must order it.

It can be a little more expensive than your typical fast food, burger joint, however the quality, and flavor, of the food is worth itDietary restrictions: They have dairy free, and gluten-free options for people; while their french fries are technically gluten free, it uses the same fry oriole as the onion rings and crispy chicken, which has breading on it, so if it’s allergy related, I would stay clear of the fries, but enjoy the burgers.Parking: Parking is usually pretty easy to find on the street and the public lot next to it; it is metered tho.
