My favorite place to eat !!!! Griselda is so amazing !!! She is so patient with your orders… and she makes sure you have everything .. the food is always hot and great !!! I am a promotora With Esperanza.. Which is upstairs. I’ve been eating here for about 10 years now !!! This place going down hill fast. If you don’t want some girl with glasses staring at your while you eat I would suggest going somewhere else. Prices went up as well

Salmon was slammin! Grilled veggies and a salad . With so many options on there menu it was kind of hard to choose but because I was going on a diet it kind of narrowed it down. There are other things right I'm most definitely going to try I but I recommend that Salmon it was tender season perfectly and I will be back soon.

The cashier guy was the worst taking our order. Practically wouldn't acknowledge us and kept answering every question we had in a rude tone. I mean if you can't deal with people why work at a industry that's basically customer service all the way. Food was not that great either. Only got like 5 fries on the plate. I was disappointed. So overall. Bad experience.

The man who works here was extremely rude to me I am in actual disbelief. I don't know where he learned his customer service skills because he has none. He gaslit me over $2 plantains. He overcharged me and didn't bring me half of my order. When I pointed that out, he refused to believe me EVEN WHEN I SHOWED HIM MY BANK STATEMENT WITH THE ACTUAL CHARGE. He then mansplained to me about how he would've charged me less than the cost on my bank statement, when I didn't even receive the order. Make this make sense. Absolutely revolting, ruined my whole day. Don't go here, please.

Never have I been to a spot where there was no line ahead of me and I still had to wait 30 minutes for my food. Customer service was all over the place and when I finally got my food, was heavily disappointed with the quality and taste. I say save your money and time and just drive down the street to McDonald’s for a better quality burger(it’s actually that bad). Not to mention, you could get In-N-Out’s bland fries and they’d still be better than the fries served to me.
